Air conditioning was not effective enough. Location was a disappointment, too far away from Ubud center.

I can't say anything which i didn't like. From location to the Hospitality to the room to the swimming pool to the food (quality and value) to the cozyness. This place is just perfectly located and build and a feel of peaceful. And its value for money. Lastly the breakfast options were generous and a very breakfast as well

Housekeeping ensured our room was spotless every day, paying attention to the smallest details. The restaurant and bar staff were equally impressive, providing excellent service, delicious food and drinks and making sure we had everything we needed. Special thanks for the staff and Mrs. Dayu for her service, kindness and always with her genuine smile. Everyting was great! There were some issues with the wifi one day but it was quickly addressed and fixed by the staff.

The location is convenient, a bit further from the city centre but if you have a scooter, it takes around 15-20 minutes to get to Ubud center. Overall, the location is very nice as you are surrrounded by the nature sounds which is very calm and relaxing. Also, the room is nice and spacious with a beautiful pool view. The facilities are new, the pool area was our favourite! We liked to spend our free time there 😊. Also, the breakfast was tasty! The staff was very generous, welcoming, friendly and helpful, always willing to help and taking good care of us! We look forward to coming back again in the future!😊

Absolutely loved this property and honestly I count believe how affordable it was considering the luxury they offer. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The pool is also very big with lots of seating around it. And the staff, absolutely amazing, so so friendly, I felt like I was staying at my family’s home ☺️

There was construction going on during our stay to expand the size of the hotel but we did visit during the low season so was always some chance of that happening.

Really helpful staff, and the room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was also enjoyable.

Improvements: - There were only big towels for showers, no seperate smaller for the hands. - Shower sprays all over the bathroom floor (maybe a seperate glass wall to close) - Would like an extra bin in the room, now it’s only the toilet bin. - Only one chair on the balcony, would be nice to have two so both can sit down together. - For breakfast we love a smoothie bowl but it was not enough toppings to get full.

Beautiful property, a bit outside Ubud so quiet surroundings. A nice relaxing pool area, big enough to swim in. Very polite staff that always greeted us by our name and checked on us. Gave us water bottles every day. A lot of different choices for breakfast. Their restaurant Topaz is just outside, to visit more places I would recommend a scooter. We had a good stay!

Our room was directly next to the building area which was LOUD from 9-5pm everyday - that made any time in the room not very enjoyable during those hours. I feel like people should be told about those things before they make a booking

Everything were brilliant

My recent stay at Kahayana Suites Ubud was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warmth and helpfulness of the staff. They were always eager to assist, making my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, expertly cooked and beautifully presented. The quality of the food, combined with the outstanding service, made dining at the hotel a real highlight. I wholeheartedly recommend Kahayana Suites Ubud and look forward to returning soon.

The only bad thing was breakfast, which was quite poor in my opinion. You get to choose from a predefined list the night before: while the amount of things you can pick from is OK (1 main, fruit salad or fruit with yogurt, coffee and juice), the quality does not meet the hotel standards (especially the fruit). In addition, portions are too small.

Staff are honestly one of the most helpful I’ve ever met, always ready to resolve your needs. The whole hotel is quite new and rooms are very comfy. You get free bottled water every day in your room. Swimming pool area is very nice. Hotel restaurant is also a good option if you don’t want to go to Ubud (15 min by car).
