AustraliaExcellent location, easy walking to all of central Ubud. Lovely Resort, friendly staff. Only negative was the noise from the bars on Monkey Forrest Road at night. It usually stopped around 10.30 or 11 though.

Facilities were clean and well maintained Staff could not have been nicer! The included breakfast was superb. We had the garden unit with a private pool which was fantastic and not as much chlorine as the main pool. My only minor complaints was the bathroom had an above ground bathtub that was hard for us older folks to get on and out of but otherwise all was great!

United KingdomIf you don't like steps, choose your room carefully or ask to be close to the main building. The first villa they showed us was about 10 to 15 minutes walk and so many steep steps. But the staff were understanding and brilliant and changed our villa.
Hotel on main strip full of bars and restaurants. But once you enter it is so peaceful, tranquil and beautiful. We had a villa about 5 minutes walk from main building with a shared swimming pool with another villa. The rooms have everything you need with a huge indoor shower, super comfy bed and large terrace.

Beautiful property, perfect location. Walking distance to everything but located in a quiet leafy oasis. The villas are luxurious and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of local and western fare. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed here twice. The staff remembered us from our previous stay and gave us extra special treatment. I highly recommend KajaNe- we will definitely stay there again.

Hong KongNot too many choices on menu for Room Service or restaurant. Breakfast options were not too many but good enough for us to have a decent relaxing morning.
Staff kindness and helpfulness as they helped called for medical help promptly its a very rainy night n the staff hv gone miles to help carry her to ambulance parked outside etc. They are very kind to offer any help. Our Villa is clean. Room service is efficient. Lamb first night was burnt though so not edible. Nasi goreng was very delicious. Fantastic location. Very Close to main street.

Beautiful rooms - generous size, modern feel. Great location - less than 10min walk to Monkey forest one way and to Art markets/King's palace the other way. Heaps of shops, markets, cafes and restaurants right outside the hotel. Excellent wifi - teenaged boys were very comfortable and content.

Everything was perfect. The location is very central and there were many bars and restaurants. If you stay near the gnoisyyou may hear noise from the bars. My room was located very back and I had to walk more than 5 min to get to the gate. However, I loved it!

SingaporeSound proofing isn't the best. You can hear the bars on the same street with loud music. And also people at the corridor. It didn't affect my sleep too much but if you are sensitive to noise the villas that are further from the street might be better than the hotel room.
The pool area is nice and green. The gym is sufficiently equipped. Staff is super nice. Enjoyed the yoga session on tues as well.

I think it is a great location in Ubud. A bit away from center of town but generally close to everything. Excellent pool facility. Our room with the private pool was perfect but also the larger general pool was lovely. Breakfast and service was always excellent. Extremely responsive and friendly staff. Also loved their free shuttle around the town. If/when I return to Ubud I have no reason to stay anywhere else.

Great size rooms - great location with east access to restaurants /bars etc . Free shuttle service to centre is an added bonus . Free yoga class and beautiful surroundings .
