Can improve the cleanliness of the towels and bedding. The shampoo pump was broken can easily replace.

I like how remote and private the area is. It’s located near Ubud central (by bike/car) but still gives you the calm and quiet of Ubud. I like how they properly maintain the pool. Had a good time enjoying the pool.

The hotel is not exactly as it looks in the photos and it does not show you from the outside where it is located in an alley far from the main street and nobody knows how to get to that location, you always have to walk from there.

All the people who work there are very kind and helpful, they are attentive to everything.

The wifi is a bit slow. The approach road to the hotel is not very good.

The breakfast is very delicious and well made, but the thing is that you can only choose out of 4 menus for the breakfast, and to be honest after the 3rd day the breakfast became kinda boring for me. Also the towels as well as the toilet could be cleaner but nothing to be disgusted about.

The property is quite beautiful and all of the staff was really nice and helpful about everything. The pool gives bonus points to the property.

The location of the property was down a dark bumpy path. Probably fine if you’re planning to chill at the hotel but not ideal if you want to go in and out of Ubud in the evening.

The location on Booking is not the same as the location in Google Maps and we had to redirect drivers multiple times. The road to the hotel on both sides is of very poor quality. The bathroom facilities were wonky and need some adjustment, some pieces could fall in your hand.

A nice boutique hotel hidden away from the busy Ubud streets. The rooms are spacious and have balconies or outdoor gardens. The hotel is also relatively small with around 15 rooms, which makes it quite intimate. The staff was also exemplary and always ready to help out with whatever is needed. Also, the hotel offers a lot of services to enhance your stay like scooters for rent, organised day trips, laundry, etc.

Some people don’t like the small road to get to the property was bumpy, but it honestly doesn’t effect the stay at all.

Extremely inconvenient location as walking is dangerous, and the road along the way is really not done. Had to drag two suitcases to the hotel and they are really beat up now. Make sure you have grab and/or gojek as calling taxi service is really expensive comparably. A 10 minute trip would have costed us 75000 as a taxi service, but only costed 52000 on grab. Beverages are a little on the pricey side as well so make sure to stock up at a local market before returning to the hotel.

Really pretty hotel and great breakfast options as there's four different sets that tastes good. Lots of pretty plants, can get good pictures with the pool in the background as well. The service in hotel is great, gave us free herbal tea on arrival and they let us keep our luggage there for 6 hours after checking out, as well as allowing us to just relax there before calling our ride to the airport.

The Hotel was a bit difficult to find when we first arrived. The road to the Hotel is bumpy and no light at all, but with a scooter it is totally fine!

Great Hotel! The staff was amazing and the room was clean! We really liked the breakfast, especially the smoothie bowl in the morning. Thank you for the nice stay, would totally recommend!

There was an issue in the bathroom with the shower the first night we arrived. However, the staff fixed it when we asked for it.

It was in a walking distance to Ubud city center. We could walk easily but to be honest the small street in where the hotel is dark and like a path but we didn’t feel unsafe although there were some constructions ongoing. The staff is very nice and friendly. We even learned few Balinese words. The food is decent for breakfast and dinner. The pool is clean.

There was a little humidity smell in the room

The stuff was great and kind. The information about checkin and check out was clear, the information about swimming pool timing was clear, and the stuff was flexible. The room was clean and comfortable, and the place had a very good wifi connection.

I think it’s time for them to change the towels and bedsheets, as even if I expect they were clean they were very very grey, like if they have them for 100 years… When you use them you don’t have feeling they are clean. Otherwise all was good.

The accommodation is simply stunning, just like the pictures. Even though it was fully booked the entire time it never felt busy and it was so peaceful. The rooms themselves are big and clean and the aircon is really good. You had 4 choices for breakfast each morning and they were all delicious. The staff on site were extremely nice and accommodating. We did our laundry here and ate on site numerous times. If you want to go any where you will need a scooter or a grab but there’s a small warung next door which the food was amazing. If you want something quiet and good value for money, I’d recommend this. The jungle is very noisy but you get used to it! Would stay again

The road to get to it is awful. We had planned to walk into town but it would of been too dangerous in a car its VERY bumpy.

Wi-fi speed is so-so on the second floor, on the first floor it was fast enough. The road to the hotel is bad if you are walking

The staff is very nice! The location is close to the city center but you still have an atmosphere of a village there. The road to the hotel is not that bad if you are driving or getting a taxi

Verz quite surrounded from nature but still in the center of Ubud. Big rooms with nice light set up. Fair room service price. Decent wifi.
