Not the cleanest. Dead cockroaches in the bathroom. Safe box not working. We arrived very late (1.30am) and check in took ages. No bottled water in the room nor sheets (just woolen blankets) which we had to chase down since the staff forgot to supply when preparing the room.

Location as we were looking for a cheap accomodation for a couple of nights near Waterbom. Some great restaurants nearby. For the price it was fine. Rooms with aircon, private ensuite and comfortable beds. Our room smelled ok.

Hotel needs updating, many broken items in the room. Rooms not very big, need kettles. Cleaning could be better, but for Bali, it's not too bad.

Nice pool, good aircon, hot water shower, friendly staff, decent WiFi, large fridge. Good location. Reasonable value for Kuta. Decent overall.

The floor is dirty. The hotel is old fashion. Need more maintenance. The wifi is bad. We can park there but only can a few car.

The location near Kuta Beach and Discovery Mall. Only walk 10-15 minutes to the beach.Easy to find food. We can refill our drink water. The water heater is ok.

Staff were very confused and took ages to book in. Showed our confirmation, found it on his phone for him. I'm not sure if anyone else was actually staying there. It was cheap and we had somewhere to leave our bags for a few hours. None of us took a shower, which was the original plan, lucky it was a cool day for Bali. Checked in at 2 left at 9 for the airport.

Bathroom had no external windows and the fan wasn't working. The lack of ventilation meant a lot of moisture/mold collected there. Staff didn't always speak English. One of the security guards accused my friend of being a sex worker and tried to take money from them.

The fact that I wasn't informed that the hotel is under major construction and the room is by the street, so it is noisy and the front part of the hotel is full of construction debris

I wouldn't mind if this hotel was honest about the renovations, but the place is a noisey mess. Pool is still completely ripped out. I gave the staff a chance to redeem the situation. I asked if they could at least discount my stay. They said no, we will upgrade your room. I had already paid for an upgraded room! You win some, you lose some hey!(:

I didn't like much. They did let me cancel my stay after the first night, without complaint. I will say, I'm sure it will be nice after the Reno's. The location is great.

False advertising. No pool. No restaurant. Broken air-conditioning.

Website failed to tell us this hotel is in the middle of a renovation. Pool has scaffolding in it and unusable. Air-conditioners do not work. No restaurant. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Will be a great place to holiday once renovations are complete.

Yes the place is in need of renovations, but you get what you pay for. Location was spot on, I found the room very clean & tidy. The staff make this place!!

The staff were amazing especially when my son fell ill, they were all very helpful & supportive. Room cleaned daily (and more while my son was sick with no complaints from staff. Basic toilet paper/water restocked daily.

Solo surf trip. Great location to reef boats and airport. Easy and secure parking for motorbike.
