No, I like the sound of nature

All of the staff are attentive, sweet and super friendly. I've been to Bali many times and stay in many different hotel, the service by Komaneka Bisma is the best so far. The private swimming pool in the one bedroom villa is the biggest I've ever seen in Bali, and the main infinity pool is the longest one. Yes the hotel is a bit old, but they maintained very well, I can see the new painting. The breakfast is tasty and free afternoon tea every day with delicious Balinese snack. The a la carte menu is yummy have to give it a try. If you're a coffee lover, you'll be very happy to see they provide unlimited coffee capsule in the room (yes there's a capsule coffee machine in every room) The location is perfect for me, some nice restaurant and spa are close by just in walking distance. Not in the ubud center but still in the walking distance like 20mins. Recommend to rent a bike, easy to explore around.

I loved the size of the room, the giant bath and shower were just glorious. the staff couldn’t do enough for you! they went above and beyond every single day. such a lovey experience. the food was also very very nice and good value for money.

Very beautiful, quiet and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms, amazing jungle views (yes the photos doesn’t lie) and in a walking distance from everything you would need(food, drinks, shops, museums, trails, nature parks, art exhibits and etc)in Ubud. Extremely attentive, helpful and friendly staff will make your stay memorable and will help you with all your needs. The SPA… most of the SPA’s nowadays play nature sounds through speakers, not at Komaneka! you are literally getting a massage few feet away from the mountain river in the middle of the jungle in open air, the sounds of nature are just out of this world. Highly recommend!

incredible oasis in beautiful Ubud! the street it’s on is very quiet and still walking distance to many restaurants and local sites. staff incredibly friendly and the spa was excellent as well. so sad to leave!

Breakfast options could use more variety but not a game breaker.

The hotel is conveniently tucked away in the centre of Ubud and has stunning views. The staff are super helpful (special thanks to Mei and Kadek) and accommodated all our needs ranging from restaurant transfer and room changes. Overall, a superb hotel with a great pool, spa facilities overlooking a running river, and excellent location.

Jl Bisma has only 2 roads to Jl Monkey Forest so its a 10-15 minute walk to the majority of restaurants and shops.

Spectacular peaceful architecture, wonderfully interwoven with nature. Very thoughtful design down to the smallest detail, like the light switch next to the bed that gently lit your way to the bathroom. Very helpful staff. Excellent food, beautifully presented.

Nothing! it was all heaven

Everything! from arrival we were treated so well. The setting is beautiful, and we were cared for, as well as being left to our own. The staff were superb and the little touches because it was my partner’s birthday made me emotional. We didn’t want to leave.

A greater variety of options was required on the breakfast menu.

Location was amazing, grounds picturesque, loved the infinity pool and the spacious family suite. We had dinner at the restaurant a couple of nights and loved it as did our 10 year old son.

The staff was absolutely the most hospitable and kind. Everything was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and beautiful. The location was great because it wasn't the center of the town, a little bit of a walk to get to all the restaurants.

The room (forest view) was amazing, spacious, clean, and had all amenities. The staff were very nice, accomodating and professional. The food was excellent. The hotel is well maintained and kept. The location is close (by walking) to alot of the attractions in Ubud. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be staying again there if i visit Ubud again.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect, we spent 8 nights here as part of our honeymoon. The view from the room as well as the view from the restaurant where we served breakfast each morning was stunning. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of options to chose from. The staff was very frindly and polite, and the cleaning in the room was done twice a day. They were really attentive with the details, oferring all kind of ammenties, cookies, fruits, borrowing umbrellas etc. Also, they noted that we are in our honeymoon and they offered us some special services like celebration cake and flower bath. I highly recommend this hotel.

Five star hotel that stands for its name. Staff is amazing and very professional. Rooms were cleaned 2 times a day (never experience this before). Pool was the best I have stayed in the hotel, long enough to have a proper swim. Location of the hotel is perfect, very quiet, green and beautiful place, close to center and reachable by foot.
