SwitzerlandThis time we werent so lucky with the restaurant, especially with the big construction in front and the noise. We liked the staff there very much, but not the influenca of the ill guy serving without mask ( mangement task) We understand the construction needs for the new area, but it wasn t so easy to escape the noise as they worked also in the other areas a lot with chainsaw and other tools during the day. My advice would be to move the restaurant temporarily and limit the other noise, e.g. by teaching the gardener in how to use a chainsaw …by the way: Stihl has also electrical ones.
We came here several times. The location is great and has a nice view. The staff is exceptional friendly and organized. Especially our drivers we loved, they are outstanding compared with all other transfers we did in Indonesia. Perfect place for us.

The location and swimming pool view just simply perfect, staff are well trained and fully responsible and so kind. Foods and breakfast are awesome, Komaneka restaurant has variety of delicious food with international taste. I just love food and breakfast there. We love everything about Komaneka. We have stayed before and will do again. We had a pool villa. Newly decorated. They think of everything that you might need. The attention to detail and service is exceptional. The villas are private. The grounds are beautiful with a stunning jungle view. Dinner and breakfast overlooks the view. This truly is a remarkable place to stay.

Staff at Komaneka were fantastic, very thoughtful and always helpful during our stay. Rooms were clean and housekeeping twice a day made sure we had everything we needed and kept the room tidy. Great classes and spa at the resort. The resort and surrounding greenery looked beautiful. Celebrated a birthday during my stay and they went above and beyond to surprise us.

Phenomenal experience. All staff are very experienced and highly trained with good English language and an understanding of good customer care and service. The facilities were exceptional. Very clean. Food was amazing. Every time you go back to your room it has been cleaned and tidied. No need to worry about your possessions as they are exactly how they were with no risk. I initially had to cancel another villa close by due to a bug infestation. This villa had everything controlled. Stay here, they are an established company with multiple branches, you will not regret it.

United StatesThis is a perfect place for people who want a peaceful setting to enjoy the beautiful location without the bustle and noise of a busy town. The town is nearby and a shuttle service is provided for those that want it. The hotel staff are always helpful, attentive and available. Our room (valley view with pool) was ideal, spacious, comfortable and clean. The dining experiences were very good. This was our second time at the hotel, and we look forward to future stays there.

Simply stunning Staid in both the spacious apartment with private pool and the valley villa with pool. Staff is as kind as it gets and very helpful. The rooms are incredible, breakfast and tea time are amazing. The baby cot provided for free was beautiful. At night all you can hear is the jungle, your accommodation is perfectly cut off from all other accommodations and thus provides an incredible setting

LuxembourgAll was perfect: Yes there were frog noises in the pond behind our villa and they were very loud. nevertheless when we called the reception they send three staff members with nets to remove them. they also used a smelly product to make sure they wouldn't return. is the pool cold? not at all. we spent plenty of time in it with the kid.
kindness of the staff and their willingness to help. the 3-5pm tea time served pool side or in the room spacious room, great bed, hot shower and hot outside bath tub. the villa is designed that you have a wonderful view of the jungle but no one can see neither inside your villa nor your pool. we extended our stay once and would have extended a second time if we could have!

OmanConsidering the weather in ubud I would’ve loved for the pools in the villa to be heated as it was too cold to go for a dip at as soon as the sun was gone. The breakfast also could’ve been improved.
The view from the room was gorgeous! Staff were also very sweet and they arranged complimentary cake for my husband birthday which was really nice!

United Arab EmiratesThe only area that needs to improve is the food. Though the food is fine, it definitely is not at par with the exceptional property. Having spent a while in Ubud and eaten in various restaurants, there is room to improve. Especially since the hotel is far and option of other food places would require a taxi ride.The hotel only has one operating restaurant.
The property is immersed in nature with fabulous views. The pools and facilities were great with an option of a warm pool. The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond... so personal and accommodating! Shuttle service was great as the town central is a distance from the hotel.
