Bathroom could use a little refresh, but nothing serious!

Very spacious room, great location and very very friendly staff. They also helped us book a local Komodo tour which was an unforgettable experience. From the first minute the staff greets you with a smile, and will help you in any way they can. Also loved having 2 ACs to keep the room cool.

The bed was like sleeping on concrete. It’s the hardest bed I’ve ever slept in.

I just spent one night in this hotel and it was really lovely. The room/ apartment was huge, very nice and clean. The staff was amazing. Very accommodating and sweet. The day I was leaving I wanted to rent a scooter to go to a waterfall. I asked in reception and 4 min later the bike was outside! They were also kind enough to store my luggage the entire day.

The location is off the main drag, but very close by, so everything is within easy walking distance. The room was huge and the air-conditioning great. Bathroom and water pressure also good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with our room, they moved us to another room straight away. There is a delicious Italian restaurant downstairs (not part of the hotel but on-site). Lifts for your bags. Cheap laundry service on-site. We are staying here 3 times while we are in Labuan Bajo and visiting other places in Flores and Komodo - I'm very happy with this property and glad we are staying here the entire time.

We didn't realize that there aren't any beaches nearby so a pool wold have been nice but obviously we knew in advance that there wasn't going to be pool.

Komodo suites was just what we needed for our trip. Our room was huge, clean, and comfortable. The room had plenty of space/counters for our stuff, a big fridge, a shower with great water pressure and a partial view of the water. There is an excellent seafood restaurant in the hotel which is great if you are tired after a long day of boat touring. The hotel is a very short walk to the main downtown area. The staff were very helpful!

Hairdryer had zero power. Toilet cistern was a bit broken.

Large room size, large fridge, nice view, short walk to bars, restaurants and dive shops. Good balcony, bathroom and TV with a couple of English speaking channels. Housekeeping also great.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The water in the shower was a bit salty so they could improve their water filter system but that wasn’t a big problem and I quickly got used to it.

Very well located. Good spacious room. Though it does not have it’s own restaurant there are plenty food and drink options around. Also very close to the boat terminal for visit to komodo island. Very friendly, informative, polite and helpful staff at the front desk. I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it to everyone

This was my second stay at this hotel. Everything was great. I would happily stay at this hotel again when I come to Labuan Bajo.

Spacious room with a very good view of the harbour. There are two air conditioners, which is very convenient for such a large room. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has a basic set of items, there is even a stove, so you can cook something basic. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The surrounding area is somewhat run-down, and breakfast is not included in the price, which feels a bit high for what it offers.

The room is spotless and impressively spacious. We adore the decor. The sheets are clean, and it features a modest kitchen equipped with basic cooking utensils, allowing us to prepare our own breakfast.

Great location, close to most things in town. As a diver it was very close to the Marina. Front desk staff were great, especially Alex.

The bed is a bit tough and hard. But that’s probably a personal preference.

We chose a suite with a kitchen and the room is incredibly spacious. The staff downstairs helped us do our laundry and find a great one-day tour provider to Komodo Island. It was indeed a pleasant stay.
