Location wonderful Facilaties very good Staff organized something very special for my birthday, that was big surprise. We had a issue with shower, but we were compensated for it.

The pillows on the bed too high and only 2 in the room. There should be more with low pillows.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice with an awesome shower. Food was good with plenty of choice for breakfast.

Food was so so and overpriced. Breakfast was cold. Gym equipment was outdated and the room was too hot.🥵

The view was amazing. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Hot water was great and stable. Quiet area over looking the ocean.

Even for pool towel u have limit to 2 per room… u can’t ask for replacement if u want a new one. We checked in at 12midnight and did ask whether can v check out 30minutes later as v were worried v won’t be able to be back before check out, but despite tat they said can’t. I’ve travelled to many countries and so many 5 stars hotels were okay with us checking out 1-2 hours late but they can’t even accommodate for 30mins

The price of the food and rinks at the restaurant, a bit overprice (can be subjective) of course, and although it's a beachfront restaurant, may consider special discount rate for those staying in the hotel.

The hotel room is very clean (which is the most important aspect for me), big room and spacious bathroom toilet as well. Beachfront with big swimming pool is really value added. The receptionist staff are very helpful, especially when discussing about the Dolphin Tour (for the next morning).

The room has bad noise cancelling and soundproofing. We can hear people dragging their luggage in the hallway and garden as well as our neighbours alarm ringing. Although the breakfast buffet is free, I didn't enjoy it with the limited food and overseasoning food.

Gym equipment old but aircond not functioning in the gym. Spa was given option indoor or outdoor but would be better if there's another indoor room specifically for spa instead of own room as indoor spa.

Staff has great personality, friendly. Breakfast buffet complete. Location is great for dolphin hunting, walking distance. Facilities fully equipped but limited water refill per day and was given a not functioning hair dryer but was immediately changed upon request. View of the seas great. Overall stay was okay 👍 recommended for those who would prefer just to enjoy views facilities n relax n also extra activities provided other than dolphin hunting

The security this morning:( i just ask where i can put my helmet bcs i went going to dolphin sunrise but he is rude actually. he say just put on my bike but i said i will going without helmet then he just take the helmet with bad face and say something bad. i wish you can teach him about attitude bcs we know your place is happy place:)

Bathroom floor not swept properly, pubic hair from previous guests. Not good! Majority of staff in the restaurant just stood around. They need to be way more proactive in serving customers and going up to the tables to take orders for drinks and food. We had to signal them over all the time and wait to order drinks. Yudi was different to the rest of the staff and really looked after his customers.

Lovely grounds, fabulous location with great sunsets. Yudi was fantastic, a great asset to your team with real leadership potential. Yudi has fabulous customer service skills and was a standout of all staff there.

The location was way out of town and it was hard to organise a taxi to go look around but we did in the end.

The pool was excellent and overlooked the sea and the sunset. The restaurant was there too. These were the bonus.
