No fridge in the rooms. The aircon needs to be serviced as it couldnt get the room under 30 degrees. Literally warmer inside than out for a lot of the time.

The pool was nice and clean and included breakfast basic but filling. Good location for near the airport

It was not a problem for us, but travellers should understand that there can be insects (and other inhabitants) in houses. Don't leave the food in the room, otherwise you can be visited by mouse as we were. AC didn't manage to fight with heat as it should but also was not a problem for us as most of the time we spent outside the hotel Seemed that hotel nearby was throwing techno parties every morning. Might be an issue if you are a light sleeper

The houses were nice and absolutely beautiful, the garden is well kept and the pool is clean. Staff is very friendly and in general it is really worth every cent you pay for the stay. Also a great location. In general - it's a great option for those who plan to drive/walk/travel around the island and needs a place to rest after the adventures

We were charged 100k for leaving a backpack although we rented scooter from Kubu Kak for 4 days. If I knew I would have to pay additionally I would go with the rental company who didn’t charge us for bag safekeeping last time.

Simple bungalows good for one night stay before or after flight. Although they are situated very tightly to one another giving a claustrophobic feeling. Little run down too, no longer as attractive as photos.

I think this depends on which villa you get, but I was unlucky and got one that had full sun in the afternoon making the room extremely hot in the afternoon. Even with the AC on it was quite hot. This wasn’t an issue at other times of the day or when it was cloudy in the afternoon on annother day. These villas also have some cracks that let small critters like lizards in, nothing harmful or unusual for Bali, but I do think it was more than in other places I have stayed in Bali. It wasn’t a huge issue for me but not ideal.

The staff here are very friendly and ready to assist in any way that they can. The location is also great with some nice restaurants near the property and also Jimbaran Beach + Nusa Dua. The pool area was also well maintained. The room and bathroom were also cleaned very well. I also liked the aesthetics of the villa and the kind of rustic feel. Well worth the price.

Is it perfect- no but you would go a long way to find such a good for value and peaceful environment and has all that's needed. No tea/coffee facilities in your room. Not for you if you like 5 star luxury.

This place is 10 single villas only and is Old Bali style - reminiscence of my '70's visits - simple, peaceful and lots of charm. Lovely staff. 7 min walk to the beach. Breakfast provided - not large but sufficent. Plenty of other conveniences nearby but as this place is at the back of a nice little alley the noise of the busy road near by doesn't intrude. Small pool but deep and kept very clean. I loved my stay here but as I am recommending it to everyone book early 😊

The bathroom was ok but it could do with some changes: a bit old sanitary. The artificial light in the bungalow wasn't very strong but I noticed that's pretty common in Indonesia, no big deal.

The bungalw is simply lovely! Exactly like the photos seen online. And the garden is lush green and beautiful. Pretty pool also. The staff are nice and very corteous.

Doors could not properly be closed. Airconditioning was not the best, so a bit hot during the day. But a cheap option

The AC is not really cooling. It's really hot in Bali and the AC in the room wasn't really helping its like its broken

Location is near the airport and the city. 5min walk to starbucks. 10min away from the beach Jimbaran. Free breakfast. Gide is nice and helpful.

The AC is dissapointing. I requested to change room which they obliged (the AC is leaking in the room). The AC in the new room is just a so so, not cooling enough due to age and under powered. Pls do something about the AC.

The atmosphere is relaxing, worth with what ur paying. The pool is a beauty (I did not use it). Very assisting staff.

Our rooms AC didn’t work well, leaving the room boiling hot and with a lot of mosquitoes.

Beautiful wooden room that’s close to many great restaurants, the staff are helpful and kind providing mosquito repellent when you arrive to keep off the bugs.

Air conditioning is a bit weak, but you somewhat have to accept that this is the set up of the villa. It might not be the best place to do remote work as well.

It’s a great atmosphere and the staff were doing their best with making sure everything is running smoothly. It was also a magical experience to sleep in the villa when it was raining. Truly felt like sleeping in the jungle hut.

These are bungalows quite close to each other so if someone else has the TV on loud, you will hear it.

Good place for a short stay. Breakfast was nice and the kids enjoyed the pool. The beach is within an easy 10-15 min walk.

The AC was not working properly, and was so hot in the morning also the courting was not stopping the sun to come in. The bathroom was not so clean.

The location is great, near to restaurants. Easy to reach everywhere in the southern area. Overall it’s a nice place to stay for couple of days. The staff is so nice willing to help you.
