Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe walls are paper thin, you can hear everything, even from people staying 3 doors down. So hope for good neighbours that don’t take phone calls at 3am. The A/C unit is right above the bed, shooting directly to where your head is.

Absolutely would come back! 🫶🏻 Note: just the WiFi is too slow after the sun goes down, but great place overall.

AustraliaThe WiFi was unusable and our SIM card didn't work here either. There were huge gaps around the sliding doors, I could fit my hand through the gaps, but, surprisingly, not many mosquitos and bugs got in. Coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. Fridges for guests were filthy. A lot of building noise from next door, it didn't bother us but it may bother some people.
Great Aircon, OK location, cute garden compound, hot water worked. Very nice staff. Seemed pretty clean but some damp and leaks in the bathroom.

IndonesiaNice guesthouse at the very end of a passageway. The location is perfect - you're almost in the heart of Canggu. All essentials are within walking distance. There are several ideal spots for breakfast on the same street. In addition, this guest house is right next to an excellent coworking space.

Very quite location in the heart of Canggu! Staff is so lovely and helpful. They are the best part ;) Breakfast is simple, but delicious! They have laundry, scooter rent, surf classes, i guess you can ask they anything an they will arrange it. Pool area is nice and cozy.

I actually came back to this property for my last 2 nights because it was in such a good location. I stayed in a superior king room and loved the space and size of the bed. The room and ensuite were great, but the room was a little darker with no natural light/windows and a bit noisy as it was closest to reception. But the pool is lovely, the reception staff here and some of the nicest I’ve come across in my travels! I’ll definitely be back

NetherlandsWe had a room upstairs (the ones with the pretty wooden doors). The doors don't close tight so it's easy for mosquitoes to get in if the lights are on. Makes the net curtain essential. No actual windows, just wooden shutters so no daylight. Also those rooms are very noisy. If you have neighbours with loud voices you can hear them word for word.. Despite all that the room was still very nice. We later moved to a poolside room with glass sliding doors which we were even happier with. Just our personal preference. A mini fridge and safe in the room would be nice though there was a communal fridge in reception.
Staff were so helpful and nice. Location was great too. About a 2 to 3 minute scooter ride from the beach. Aircon worked really well, rooms were nice and cool. Beds quite firm which we prefer. Nice little pool to cool off in. Pleasant atmosphere among the other guests too.
