The villa was ground level from reception, so a lot of stairs, there don’t recommend if stairs are not suited to anyone with an injury or recovering from surgery. Great workout though for those who like a good start to the day.

Staff were very eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and to our expectations. Communication with us every day to ensure our meals were sought and time of delivery was perfect. Very happy staff and went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, highly recommend.

This didn't bother us as we loved the location but it is pretty isolated. Great for a quiet get away.

Everything, the welcoming presentation, food was amazing, the hotel and staff couldn't do enough for you, the resort was super clean, and the room was way more than expected, amazing views of the jungle, the staff would occasionally txt you to see how your day is going and if there was anything we needed, 100% for me

Everything!!! What a fantastic resort, had everything we needed and more with lots of ‘magic’. From a regular shuttle to Ubud to having afternoon tea or a bowl of fruit waiting for us when we got back. To bed time stories left on the bed. Truly magical! The team were also incredible!! Unbelievable service from the friendliness happiest people in the world who could not do more for us! The villa itself was also better than expected! The pictures on the site do not do the beauty of this place justice!

Amazing location (that jungle view!), incredibly nice and helpful staff, various trips to all parts of Bali can be organised by the hotel, breakfast/dinner in the room. I celebrated my birthday there and got a lovely birthday cake and room decoration 😊. Overall one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in 🙂!

I wouldn't really call this place a resort just yet. It is a highly serviced luxury villa. The front of the property estate is under construction which might throw you off for a bit when you arrive, the rooms however are completed. Nevertheless when this place is fully completed in a couple of months I think it will truly be magical.

Breakfast and the flowers they did for the pool for us. This was really special and something that exceeded our expectations. The service went above and beyond and they gave us a really good experience.

Employees were just amazing! We felt so welcomed and taken care of! Every time we met they asked how it's going, is there anything they can help with etc. They deserve a raise!!! Restaurant next door to the resort. Otherwise it's nice to have a scooter if you want to go to Ubud. Resort offers scooter renting. They have a free shuffle to Ubud a couple times during the day. Fresh fruit and snacks together with afternoon tea every day, was a pleasure to have. Room service with breakfast was great.

We had booked this place for our honeymoon and it was amazing!! The rooms were beautiful with amazing views into the forest, a private pool and a bath tub which the staff set up so beautifully upon request. The service was outstanding, we had delicious breakfast with the resort every day and the staff were incredibly kind and reliable. I can not recommend the Magical Jungle Resort enough.

The Villa is simply surrounded by the jungle.The room is amazing, the large pool is also great for a bit exercise and relaxing on a sunny day.The staff is very polite and always ready to help with smile. Delicious breakfast are included in the price of accommodation.I highly recommend 👍

The place is more beautiful and special than the photos can do it justice. This is the best resort we've ever stayed in and it's not just because all the amazing facilities it offers or beautiful jungle view, but mostly because of the very welcoming staff. It is perfect for honeymoon and i am so happy (thank you for making our honeymoon special 😍) We would like recommended this resort and if we ever come to Bali again, there is no way we'll stay in any other property but this.
