I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

Less than a 25 mins walk to Ubud and it's very tranquil. There are some very nice cafes in the location. Food in the hotel is good. The rooms are super generously sized and very clean. The view of the jungle (if you can call it that) is so nice but be careful of the bugs!!

We had a very good stay at this property but we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The toilet was dirty (stains of mold), strong smell of humidity and we had to wait few minutes to get hot water in the shower.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they helped us to organize a scooter which is very useful to explore all around Ubud. They always checked on us to make sure that everything goes well and they can give you good tips and recommendations.

It’s not in direct central Ubud but it helps having a scooter (which the team can help arrange for you).

The staff there are incredibly helpful and friendly! They were always so professional and they went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. It was just the little things they did that made their service so good such as helping to arrange a scooter for us (and even towel drying the scooter seat for us when it rained), to notifying us about any gardening works outside our room etc and even checking up to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Maybe because it's pretty close with the forest, the room is so humid that in the morning, the floor will be wet, and it will be pretty dangerous when we just wake up from the bed. And there's so much ant, the big one and the small one. The veranda is also not good, maybe because the pandemic, it's dirty, both the sofa and the table chair in veranda, so we can't use it. And the refrigerator is smelly, seems like someone used it to save durian before, so the smell is so strong and not good

The location is pretty good, it's not in the main road of ubud, so it's not crowded. The room is pretty big, and there're also a bathtub to relaxing in the night

The place is musty, it definitely needs renovation. The shower is horrible as water goes in every direction. The bathroom is kind of dirty so I’d suggest deep cleaning it and replacing some things like the toilet seat, the shower head… The breakfast could be better, it’s way too simple and the quantity is most of the time insufficient.

We really enjoyed the size of the room and the terrace. The staff was great and super helpful. The pool was beautiful.

If you are coming to stay I’d request a room on the top floor (if you are on the bottom floor like we were you will hear the people in the room above you stomping around). It is also a bit out of Ubud city centre so I’d recommend renting a scooter if you want to move about a lot.

It felt like we had the place to ourselves which was great. The Wifi was also fast and the bed was comfy - the room also had a bath. Super friendly staff made the stay even better.

When I checked in, I was welcome who seemed to not be the front desk clerk, or maybe a trainee. He didn't explain anything about the room or the hotel, nor did he reconfirm my booking. At a later time, I had to go back and forth to the reception to ask for things and knew that the phone connecting my room and reception didn't work. Walking into the room, I loved it. But I then soon found out that there was no complimentary water, no other amenities in the room, not even a dental kit. Though, the bathroom has a hairdryer (which was a plus). The breakfast was just okay. I had a somewhat American breakfast but they used a cheap sausage and had cooked the plastic that wrapped it.

One of the best beds and pillows! A had an amazing sleep. The room was pretty cozy and vast, too. The ambiance was awesome–the sound of the river was soothing. The air-con was top-notch!

We had several issues : when we arrived in the bedroom, the light on the night table was not working because the power outlet was broken. Wifi did not work in the bedroom. No access to netflix or international channels on the TV. Hot water was taking edges to arrive in the shower, during our last night, we did not have hot water at all. Towels were heavily stained and not in good shape. Mold in the shower. A LOT of ants all over the bedroom, climbing even into the bed ! We tried to have lunch at the "restaurant" it looked and tasted like instant noodles. Very disappointing

The swimming pool was nice looking but cold. Our balcony was nice. I liked having a bathtub in the bathroom.

Great little get away in a very nice neighborhood. Very friendly staff, comfortable bed and great pool!! Our tip: Take an upper room with a nice terrace overlooking the forest!
