Amazing hotel delicious breakfast with many options. Friendly professional staff big thank you to Fernando , Eka ,Subali , Suitri , Restu and Juliantara . Jeep Safari was amazing with very professional friendly driver Komang very knowledgeable about animals and thank you also to another staff from Safari Bayu,Trista and Dayu. All staff from hotel and Safari so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended !

A chainsaw started at 6AM and didn't stop until 9AM! Maybe there are no noise rules in Bali. Not the most peaceful way to wake up and enjoy the serenity.

The staff are wonderful and all the finishing touches are well thought out. A great experience for kids and the young at heart. Breakfast was exceptional!

TV facilities in the room is a bit dated. Also the lodges should at least provide 2 keys.

Room could have had a sink for the kitchen area. Could have provided more promotion of activities and dinner at the marine park to create awareness and maybe even give promotion rate for marine park entrance/dinner and show for safari staying guests as the show and dinner were both very good but unfortunately not well subscribed.

We loved the decor of the rooms and cool bathrooms. Not all rooms have a balcony view of the animals but it is clearly stated in the room desc so we knew what we weee getting. Buffet was fabulous as was the night safari experience. Highly recommend the Bali Agung show.

The air conditioning makes a lot of noise make us hard to sleep

The room is very spacious. Waking up to see animals around is a bonus. Foods and services are excellent. You can feed animals directly from your room. The pool is very close to our room

Everything. Omg what a hotel. It was amazing. The park was exceptional. The experience was fantastic. The pool and views of the park and animals was like being in Africa. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of different cuisines for every nationality. The lodge we stayed in overlooked the park and omg we fed the animals in the morning with the carrots that were provided in our rooms. It was our anniversary and they decorated our room for us which made it more special and memorable. The safari was out of this world and the keepers really look after the animals exceptionally. You can tell the animals love their keepers and are very very well looked after. Everyone worked exceptionally hard to make our stay 10 out of 10. Thank you everyone for everything. Hopefully we will see you again sometime. Best experience ever. Once in a lifetime opportunity for our family.

It’s quite a walk from the suite to the reception. We had to wait long for the transport carriage during checkout.

Breakfast while watching the lions was exciting and truly unforgettable for our toddler. Very clean and spacious suite for our family. Friendly and attentive staff always making sure our stay is comfortable.

The experience itself was just wow! Everything about the place is great, accomodation, comfort, views inside the animal park, food, service. It os a must if you love African scenery and a perfect way to spend 1-2 nights there. It is more of a place for children, but i loved it even if it rained during our stay. The room was just perfect!

Some improvement needed are, 1) the shower drainage seems to be clog when I started showering it will tend to flood, which require the next person showering has to wait for the water to drain off. 2) the doors are abit rusty which made it hard to open or need to slam the doors in order to close them. 3) minor pee smell in the toilet when checked in. (Got to sit down to poop/pee to smell it)

The room has a nice view of animals roaming and got to feed them with carrots by throwing over to the enclosure. Recommend for family or couples who want to spend day in Zoo and enjoy the trip slowly. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Bathrooms were not clean and needs upgrading.

Location is within the park, big bedrooms and windows to watch the animals. Buggy service and food is great!
