The resort was so lovely, beautiful green gardens, big pool with lots of loungers. The tree bar restaurant had very yummy food. The resort is right on the beach and in a good location to other restaurants, massage and other shops. The rooms were lovely and clean. The resort is suitable for kids. The staff were very helpful.

The Hotel is beautiful and near to the Beach. The Hotel room is large clean and modern.. beautiful design a great balcony and surrounded by lush greenery .. there are several pools, great restaurants and is the perfect place to stay in Sanur.

The virtual Butler service that came with our room was very helpful in many cases. Room itself was very spacious and clean. The food at breakfast and from the other restaurants at property was amazing.

The room was excellent with the biggest and most comfortable bed. The breakfast was also very good with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. we only stayed one night and tried to rebook for the end of our holiday but there was no vacancy. Loved this hotel and hope to be back.

The hotel was excellent—spacious and spotless. Next time, I would definitely choose a room with direct pool access, as it is especially convenient for families with children. The breakfast was a rich and varied buffet. The hotel is located right by the beach, offering a beautiful evening view. Persoanl very helpful and friendly.

Bed was not as comfortable as I would like.

Location, hospitality, quality of food/drinks etc. Facilities were generally really good.

I didn’t like that they couldn’t at least give some credit for me paying an extra night for two rooms on a non-refundable booking coz I didn’t get my dates correct. It was also the only hotel that didn’t have a special on laundry (one price for a bag instead of per item) We paid over $100AUD for our bag of laundry. Also, it’s a smaller hotel so only had one restaurant on site and one main pool. In saying that though, you had so many restaurants located just a step away from the hotel.

Sanur is one of my favourite areas to visit and Maya Sanur was a good spot to stay at. It is beachfront and right there where all the shops are located and walking distance to the biggest mall, Icon Bali. The room we were in (Nest room) was beautiful, clean and so spacious. I also ordered room service and the food was delicious, so was their buffet breakfast in the morning.

Maybe a bit of background music around the pool. The place just had a little bit of a dull vibe about it.

Overall this resort is beautiful. The food was very good - I did have to send back cold chicken and they wanted to reheat which I declined. Breakfast Buffet was great. Lots of variety and options. We got upgraded to a pool lagoon room which was big and comfortable for a family of 4.
