Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Canada1) Many of the guests took over the pool chairs for hours even when they went to lunch for 1-2 hours… I was told by the pool staff that it was full but i insisted on getting in the pool anyway and had to wait for chairs that were “claimed” as belonging to those who left belongings and returned later. There should be a “no parking” rule as there are more guests than lounge chairs. Guests said things like “you snooze, you lose!” Maybe have a two hour limit and staff to monitor?

It is a huge territory in a jungle, with a park, tennis courts, swimming pools . One of the swimming pools is located near the river surrounding by forest. Breakfast is fantastic with choices of balenese and international cuisine

The Resort is located in a lush tropical forest area. It’s first class: two infinity pools, bars, restaurant, thatched roof huts that are very comfortable. The staff were very gracious and attentive.

United KingdomHotel food was a little over-priced - meals in Ubud much cheaper. Shuttle bus should run during the evenings, not stop at 5.00pm. TV reception and channel choice was poor. And the bar at the end by the spa should be open in the evenings.
Beautiful location and well designed hotel. Fantastic spa, and well worth spoiling yourself for treatments there. The room was lovely and spacious, and the service was first rate.

United KingdomOur bathroom and the corridor to our room felt a little dated, but this was a small thing. The taxi organised for us to our next location was very overpriced - double usual rates - which left a bad taste in our mouths, although the service and driver were good.
Absolutely loved the pool and the facilities were great. We really liked the complementary yoga and that they were implementing a farm to make the resort more sustainable.
