How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It's a little corporate and the restaurant service was slow and inconsistent night to night.
The rooms were lovely and spacious and they have a lovely bar with views over the city on the top floor. Very safe and very clean.

All very good. I am not a fan of these hotels but the deal was good and I booked it without really knowing. We did not regret it. It was very comfy, clean, calm with great beds after 3 weeks in the Sulawesi with basic services... Worth the price we paid

Shower outdated—a little mold on tile grout, grab bar sconce not secured to wall, and a very high tub wall.
Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Roomy. Wonderful place to rest after a very long trip. Outstanding staff.

Bathroom shower water pressure was not good enough Suggestion it’s good to change the bathtub to a shower room

Breakfast was so so..nothing to shout at. The room was nice and comfortable for 2 person. I like the aircond, cool enough for me. Location is not bad as i am there for work.

The restaurant is fine for breakfast but the menu is not as wide for lunch and dinner.
There was a pretty loud banging noise near my bedroom at night. They could not figure out what it was. They moved me to another room but it was 1am and they would not let me sleep in the new room for the night and collect my belongings the next morning, which meant I had to pack bags at that time.

The tv isn’t connected to the wifi and there is not chance to use it with streaming platforms like Netflix, etc.
The location is great. The breakfast is really good too.

I enjoyed staying at Millennium hotel for the second time, the services were great, staff are friendly and breakfast absolutely yummy. Millennium hotel would be a regular place for me to stay when I return to Jakarta.

Bathrooms are bit dated but well maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet looked good but frankly speaking, it was overpriced for non-business travellers. A very busy hotel with conferences going on many business travellers, nevertheless as a large family we still felt welcome.
Large, centrally located hotel with good size rooms, large and comfortable beds with crisp new sheets, large desk, easy chair, coffee table, large dresser cabinet and clothes storage. Loads of underground parking, nice pool, excellent standard of housekeeping and cleanliness.

Expensive drinks in the restaurant. 10x the price of the local shop and nearly as expensive as the food itself.
The staff was very friendly and most spoke excellent English. We were treated very well and any issues we encountered were solved right away. We were with a family of five and booked 2 rooms. the staff made sure that we had adjacent roomsvwith door in between and we slept comfortable as a family in the great beds. the location of the hotel is also perfect for trips around town.

There are not too many eateries in the immediate location of the hotel. But grab cars will take you anywhere cheaply and efficiently
Nice swimming pool and the staff tried really hard. They accommodated our request for gluten free and vegan options.
