There are 2 airconds in this dorm but ONLY One is functioning. The malfuntion aircond was in the position of my bed. So, because the aircond malfuntion, it’s very hot in the dorm and uncomfortable to sleep and sweated. I feel like sleeping in a sauna container with NO FAN and AIRCOND. Also, out of 4 showers, only 2 can be used. Very terrible servis. You need to consider customer’s comfortability too. Istg i was sleeping on hotness.. Hope you can repair the aircond so others guest will stop complaining. I do recommend you guys to bring a fan. Better than nothing!

Well despite of the complains, i would say the bed is very comfy with a lil side table to put stuff. Also got plug to charge the phone.

Shared bedroom can fit many guests, make sure you are a heavy sleeper or use earplugs.

Nice location near the airport, easily reachable by public bus. Nice value for money. 10 min from airport. They have their own shared taxi that can leave at any time.

Good place near by the airport to catch your flight Indomart very close and they have everything you need also there's plenty of restaurants

Wifi not working in the room It was noisy, bed walls do not shield from all sounds by other people but for the price i didt expect anything else.

For muslim traveller you need to find a proper tike and space to do your prayer. I only there for morning prayer only where everyone is still sleeping so no problem.

The lockers in the dorms were disabled, so you can only leave your things on the bed behind a small curtain. The toilets did not look very clean, although there were only a few people in the room.

Ideal location to relax after or before a flight. Shops, restaurants, cafes. Parks are close enough for a day trip.

I was a cold at night as strong ac and just a thick sheet, no comforter. But a late checking arrived and the staff member gave me a blanket at 2:30 am and I was warm. Shuttle to the airport is not free Anymore, costs 50,000. No lockers in the dorms for valuables

1. The bathroom facilities definitely need improvements. There’s a gap between the bathroom doors, people can really see you from outside. And some showers are broken. 2. The room doesn’t have enough air ventilation, so it’s a bit stuffy. And for me, it’s a bit hot inside the room. 3. There are too many beds in the room and thus made it too crowded when there are many people inside, which happened on the second night I was in.

1. The location is only 7km away from the airport. So it’s a good place if you have a flight to catch. 2. I really love it there are bikes available for guests to use for free. I rode the bike everyday.

Probably nice and modern in its hayday, but now everything was in a bad state. The lockers didn’t work, loose toilet seats etc. Plus the airco was so high i woke up freezing and needed to look for a sweater in my bag.

Yes, dorm beds are 3 floors up, but if you did a hike in Bukit Lawang, you will be fine here as well. The place is not the newest overall, but honestly I dont think its too old either. Everything in a humid jungle climate just wears off faster. The dorm room was fine and had everything needed.

If you arrive and the dorm hasn´t been cleaned up yet, the place may seem a bit rough. But they do come and clean daily, the dorm bed was super comfy, I liked my cubicle and the privacy it gave me, the room had a good temperature and lockers for your bag. There is a supermarket next door, several cafés and restaurants with cheap local food as well where you can have dinner and buy snacks for the way. The breakfast is simple (toast, butter, jam..) but what did you expect for such a good price. Honestly a great value for money. The wifi worked fine, the staff was friendly. You can catch their shuttle to airport for 50k or call a grab (which looks cheaper but they charge extra than in the app when taking the airport road because of extra road charges)

Room is on 3rd floor! Showers were extremely dirty. Restaurants in the neighbourhood not budgetfriendly.

Comfy hostel, friendly. Basic, but that's what you pay for. If you just stay overnight to catch the flight this is perfect.

Very cold air-conditioning which seems to be centrally controlled.

The capsule for two was spacious and clean. The breakfast of toast and spread was a nice addition. There is a Indomaret on the premises, which is convenient. Restaurants around are quite expensive.
