Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI Love everything about this Villa, well done! The atmosphere is friendly, and the people who take care of everything to make the customer feel comfortable. This beautiful and peaceful place is only 20 minutes away from Ubud and a few minutes walk from the waterfalls. There is no problem with transport at all.

The quietness of the villa gives you a feeling of peace. The bathroom is nice because it is spacious and bright due to the glass ceiling. The bedsheet is really good and soft. The strong wifi is highly appreciated as it is enough to support an online class run on zoom.

Lovely villa, gorgeous pool and good breakfast. It’s nice that there’s only three villas onsite, feels very peaceful. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor space where we saw some gorgeous sunsets!

What I liked most was the peace,tranquility in the evenings and early mornings. Ubud is super busy and being able to have an accomodation where you can rest well for me was super important.

New ZealandIt doesn't show the construction nearby. The surrounding area is expanding, and the driveway is a bumpy dirt road. Because you are more in the country, you have a rooster in the morning and occasional dog barking, so bring earplugs in case you need them. Also a bit far from Ubud Center, there were few cafes and restaurants in the area.
We loved the modern and clean villa. The villa has a large bathroom and faces the pool and rice field. The room had a new water cooler and heater for your personal use. The pool is fantastic, and you get your own area by the pool. Only three villas are on site, so you have plenty of privacy. The villa is also very affordable, with no noise from the road. We got to meet some people next to us, which was nice.

ItalyThis was not our first time at Namika and we enjoyed as usual and more. The Villa is well-designed and furnished, and very clean. The bathroom is large and comfortable. The garden is beautiful as well as the swimming pool. Location is nice and quite, and free of the Ubud traffic. By scooter it is possible to reach easily the many attraction in the area.

The place is quiet, 15 minutes to Ubud by scooter (which can be rented upon arrival at the apartment). the houses are new, clean, beautiful. Breakfast is good, plentiful, tasty. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed in these apartments twice. I liked everything very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at Namika Villas, one of the top experiences in Bali. Exeptionally clean, outstanding service. We travel very often and we can tell that Namika team does best job offering you clean, cosy ant welcoming enviroment. We really enjoyed big pool, nice garden, delicious breakfast. There is an amazing warung to eat lunch or dinner just a stone throw away. You can reach centre of Ubud in just 15-20 minute. We always gonna stay here when visiting Ubud.
