The only negative point is in the original Nanas villas the two lower bedroom smelt a little damp but that could be because they weren’t used much. And now there is a building next door the pool may be overlooked. Also in both places there was some road noice but not enough to bother us and it’s to be expected on Bali.

This is a review of two places really as the owners very kindly moved us due to building work in the adjacent property. First we stayed in Nanas Villa for one night which is a very comfortable villa with a great restaurant attached. Five comfortable bedrooms all with en-suite, full kitchens and comfortable lounge. The driver they helped me find was so lovely too. The other two nights of our time in Sideman was at Uma Swari by the river, we had all three villas and were blown away by the location, cleanliness and comfort. A really special place and we were so lucky that the owners were kind enough to move us there. All in all an amazing stay with these lovely owners.

Huge bedrooms, high quality bedrooms like a 5 star hotel. Great pool. Good lounge area. Netflix in all rooms with great aircon. Beautiful crisp clean linen.

No WiFi signal everywhere in the villa

Friendly staff (difficult to get a Grab from Sidemen, so the host helped us with this), private pool and a second bigger pool shared with customers of the restaurant (but we had it for ourselves since there were no other guests), clean, host did all the laundry for us, breakfast included

Needs some fans in the restaurant and main area just to help cool the area down. The food from the restaurant was fantastic and well priced along with the cocktails. Beds were very hard so if you like hard beds you are in for a treat 👌

It was hard to communicate with the owners. WFI did not always work and we tried a few times to organize day trips with the owners but it was all too hard so in the end we just hired our own driver.

Nice place in a better position than l thought ( close to town ) Breakfast and cleaning was good. Staff for when l saw them where friendly enough but speaking English was a bit hard to them to completely understand.

It is a bit strange villa. I think it is a converted hotel. Living room and kitchen are small for a 5-bedroom villa. It is also located on a road where people like their loud motorbikes....

My rating of 9 is based on price vs performance. 5 good bedrooms at this price is worth a 9 IMHO. Beds are good and shower is fine, albeit without a firm stream. The living room has a smart TV to which you can Chromecast and there is a big set of bluetooth speakers which you can connect to the TV. There are 2 pools of which one is also accessible for restaurant guests. That one has a nice infinity pool overlooking rice fields. A big plus.
