great location and room! the pool was very nice. right next to the hotel is ”hidden beach” that is quite private with turqoise water and often had dolphins visiting 😊

We were situated in one of the Bungalows over looking the pool area, great location and nice to sit on the balcony over looking the pool. However, Bungalow was very small and didn't have anywhere to store our belongings which meant they were just on the floor which again took up space. No fridge or safe in the room on arrival, however once asked it was provided. Also, in room number 6, the front door doesn't really close properly allowing bugs and insects into the room, allowing it to become unpleasant. One morning, I stepped on a bug in the room getting all dirt and goo on my feet, very unpleasant again. Curtains in the room could do with being properly cleaned as they were dusty. Bathroom was downstairs and outside, never really felt clean even though staff clean them every day.and the faculties weren't that great either. I think the price is a fair bit for what is included, however I assume this is the going rate on the island.

Nanuks Bungalow had a very nice pool area, good sized pool compared to other accommodation in the area. Staff were absolutely excellent and the gentlemen who works there was amazing and couldn't do anymore for us. Bed was comfy. They organised our trip back to Bali and dropped us at the port which was excellent. Breakfast included was really good, excellent pancakes and fresh juice. Fresh fruit also provided which was a nice touch and water in the room. Free tea and coffee by the pool area for all day/night use.

Mind your head if you're tall. When showering you're close to the wall.

We, and other guest, extended our stay because it is really nice to be here. Friendly staff, good cappuccino and a lovely room with aircon. The reception will help you out with renting a motorbike, snorkling trips (group/private) and everything you need.

Lovely rooms on a quiet part of town, yet close to musroom beach and the restaurants. And next to secret beach. Nanuks is definitely ready to receive guest again. The staff were super friendly and helpfull with motor rent and boat pickups. The room was very comfortable with spacious bathroom and nice veranda. The pool is really beautiful and clean.

Great location, beautifully presented, lovely staff who made me feel at home. Breakfast was delicious, aircon a godsend and the beds so comfy I always had a great nights sleep. Heaps of restaurants, atms, spas, shopping and beach close by. Idyllic rustic style island living at its best ❤️

The staff were so friendly, helpful and lovely, they really made us feel welcome. The bungalows were so cute and comfortable as well and we spent a lot of time in the pool. It was the perfect location, close to nice restaurants, massage parlours and the beach, but still quiet and peaceful.

-Inconsistent shower pressure + hot/cold, had to remove the head otherwise water drips out and you need to face plant the wall to wash. -mosquito nets were stained, cushions dusty and unwashed - construction work onsite for the first two day which went from morning to night. -safe was not attached to the wall (it could be picked up and relocated to anywhere on the island) -items in the bathroom get wet if it rains as their are large openings in the roof/side of walls - one of the sinks leaked so you needed a bucket to catch water from underneath - mosquito’s throughout place so you felt stuck inside the bed - no shower screen so bathroom was drenched which attracted more mosquitos -large piece of wood fell off the wall when opening the curtain and nearly hit me on the head - this was the last straw and left early and booked into a villa on the opposite side of the island.

Staff were friendly and tried to fix some of the issues however it’s not the guests job to point out problems during the stay, it needs to be done before guests arrive.

Fantastic villa with great beds. Good and seperate shower. Brand New airco. Most friendly family, who run the small park with 18 romantic houses, you will ever meet. And they have great Italian coffee machine and every morning we started with supurb americano! Great service and we loved it.

We consistently had insects in our room including cockroaches. Our bathroom didn’t seem to get cleaned during our stay and we kept finding droppings on our floor and bed.

The location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Rats and mosquitoes in the bungalow, rat droppings left under my pillow, the back door did not shut nor lock feeling very unsafe, the front door doesn’t shut fully and there are holes in the roof for rats to come in.

I had two rats in my bungalow. I understand things happen when you’re in nature but when I spoke with the staff and asked if anyone could help me they didn’t care whatsoever and hung up on me while on the call.

The have advertised as having a restaurant at the hotel, but there is no restaurant, only breakfast served. Was a bit disappointing. Staff not always at reception desk & you need to track them down to order drinks or anything else you need.

- Bed was on the hard side - Pillows were very high - Bad smell in the bathroom (we stayed in the very top cabin at the back of the property)

- Pool was clean and had 2 different water levels - one for children and one deeper. - Location to Mushroom bay and surrounding was great - Staff were friendly - Had scooters to hire for 80k p/d I wouldn't personally stay for too many nights.
