Nesa is a great place to stay….once visited you will return. Beautiful well kept gardens and sparkling clear pool. Rooms generous size and serviced daily. Staff excellent without being intrusive.

Initially they “upgraded” us to one of the suites. But it was noisier, no Internet, and the doors don’t fully seal so there was lots of mosquitos. Thankfully they redeemed themselves by putting me in my original room. The rest of my stay was nice!

Access to the pool was easy and the breakfast was nice enough. 2 good size bottles of water each day

The property is lovely and well run. Did have an issue with water pressure/supply to taps - which was managed quickly by maintenance team. Understanding its wet season and the water supply/ drainage in Sanur is a problem in general not the hotels ability to fix. For those who notice the live music from nearby bar - we could hear it but didn’t effect sleep or TV viewing and we were in a room close by. Not an issue for us.

Location on main road perfect. Lots of great food around. Able to walk to beach path. Lovely gardens and pool area. Small and tranquil.

The restaurant adjacent to the hotel has a music band playing every night and it was very loud until 11pm

Not somewhere I would stay for more than a few nights personally, but was comfortable enough for my short stay from the airport until I could get a fast boat to the islands.

Room needs updating. Bathroom needs a good overhaul. Linen requires replacing very grey and worn. Fridge kept freezing, advised staff but nothing done to fix. Fridge probably needs replacing. No power point on bench for use by kettle.

The pool was really refreshing as was in shade and that was perfect for us to get cooler even late at night as we use to go inside the pool before to sleep. Also the garden was beautiful and the breakfast amazing . Very close to everything. We had a very good time at Sanur Mesa . Thank you !!!

It was our 3th visit. Need I say more? The staff was very kind, the ladies at the breakfastarea very helpful and friendly. Clean room, lovely pool ( where no one during our stay, dropped theire towel at 7 in the morning and go for the day)

Rooms quite small. Not even enough for a table and chair.

Nice pool and seating arrangements for breakfast, For the small place quite a lot of old greenery, that is in well kept condition. Beds are spacious and very good mattress. The property is off the main noisy road. So the night were rather quiet.

It was good value for money. No complaints.

The location was fantastic, a quiet safe haven one block back from beach and down a lane beside a French bistro - bonus. Staff were lovely, pool very nice and cool though shaded so no sunbathing and breakfast was simple but fresh and excellent. The first room I was in didn’t have the cleanest bathroom but when I had to change to second room I got a newer room upstairs above reception which was awesome.
