Dim lighting in the room One pillow Thin sheet for duvet Nowhere to plug the kettle in that made much sense Overpriced menu and overpriced mini bar Strange breakfast menu (...but always willing to adapt the breakfast the way we liked). Could be easily improved with a bit more training. Dinner menu very 'hit and miss'. Some dishes cooked really well and good sizes, some not. The never-ending Baliense songs that sometimes get played on loop in the restaurant. It's definitely authentic but starts to drive me insane after 60+ mins of the exact same tune on repeat but of course I would never ask for it to be changed out of respect for the culture, just that it's not my culture to listen to 60+ mins of the same tune so I had to scurry off out of ear shot at times. (It wasn't played constantly, just breakfast on two of the days). Comparing the price to other places ive stay all over Bali, not great value for the room, facilities and food quality, though there's something special about it for sure and nothing on this list should put you off.. I'd still pick it over a fancy villa in a touristy area for a few days of serious chill.

The first thing that charmed me right after entering the resort, was the silence, in which you could hear the sound of the waves of the Balinese sea. Then the room itself with a fancy outdoor bathtub, with a view of the sky. And on top of that, very good Balinese food in the resort restaurant. Beautiful colors, you can feel the novelty and cleanliness.

The only slight difficulty is the location. If you don't have transport it could be tricky to reach as it's really out of the way, but I think that's what makes it so tranquil.

Hands down the best hotel room we've ever stayed in! It was beautifully styled with a wonderful outdoor bathroom. The pool was perfect, right by the ocean and I liked the fact there was a yoga shala upstairs. Only used it briefly, but great spot for some yoga Breakfast was generous. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, which was really good. The staff were all lovely and very accommodating. Ria was super helpful and always smiling. she even gave me some extra veggies at breakfast as I don't eat eggs.

An absolute paradise. If you want to relax and enjoy the ocean that’s the place to be. The rooms are quite new and have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The outdoor bathroom is unique, I‘ve never seen something like that before. The staff gives there best and try to give you the best holiday. Although the place is a bit remote you can enjoy tasty and fresh food at the hotel or walk or book a transport to the next town. The beach is quite and you can switch easily between pool and ocean. The yoga terasse provides a nice view over the ocean and you can only hear the waves. I hope this place will maintained properly so that it will stay in this good condition. We can only recommend

Nothing. All was good. The distance from the main road and other amenities may worry some but it was a plus for us.

The peace and quiet and beach location were great. The room was large and had everything you need. Tea. Coffee Making , fridge and large open air bath . Sunsets were lovely and the pool was large and well maintained . The staff went out of their way to help with anything you needed.

My only complaint was the excessive doling out of plastic straws. Maybe ask if guests want straws as opposed to automatically putting them in drinks?

Lovely, peaceful location with spacious, spotless bungalows. The pool is lovely, although could use a few more sun umbrellas! Good restaurant and reasonably priced. Friendly, professional staff.

This little oasis is off the beaten track but well worth the effort to find. It forces you to relax and unwind and does extremely well at this. The pool is beautiful, the beach on your doorstep and you can eat at their restaurant quite happily. We had a Balinese massage while there and that was wonderful for weary bones! We were lucky in that we could hire a motorbike so we could get out and about and see some of the local sights, the Sekumpul waterfall is worth it.

The infinity pool is amazing. It is so nice to enjoy the silence in this area. No traffic, no motorbikes, just the sound of the ocean. The resort is beautifully designed and the stuff is friendly and helpful. It is embedded between rice fields and the ocean. The nearby temple sometimes made a prayer, but that takes only 5 minutes and is not really disturbing. We made some beautiful walks through the rice fields and enjoyed the rural Bali. Nobody wants to sell something to you. It is quiet and peaceful place. We definitely recommend Ocean Paradise!

Is a bit far, however you don’t find this kind of place in Lovina.

The place is super clean and super comfortable. The pool is in good shape and service is excellent.

Ocean Paradise was very clean, the Wifi was always top notch. The staff members are very friendly, welcoming and attentive. It is a perfect place for someone, who wants to enjoy their holiday in a quiet enviroment.

What made our stay unpleasant and forced us not to extend it was the noise from the neighboring room. It was the worst night of our entire stay in Bali. I don't understand why, with low occupancy (the first night there were only 2 couples in the hotel), we had to share a villa with another couple when we could have both privacy and peace in our own villa. The first night was fine, but for the second night, another couple was assigned to the same villa (again with no overall occupancy!). This time it was terrible; they started talking around midnight and at 7 in the morning, waking us up. The peace here is amazing if you don't share the villa with anyone! The staff is super nice, but for 3 days of our stay, there was spilled coffee on the table in the restaurant, uncollected glasses from the sunbeds, and towels on the sunbeds of guests who had left the day before. The staff just stood around doing nothing.

The room is super nice, modern, cosy, clean. The everyday cleaning was super careful. The fridge is already in the room.

Can’t say anything bad.

I really liked the behavior of the staff and the very tasty food! Beautiful environment and views! Very nice gym for Yoga or some other sports. I have to highlight the awesome bathroom where you can see the sky from the bathtub at night because there’s no ceiling and roof up above you.
