Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. I loved every minute of my stay . Staff are absolutely amazing ! Friendly , caring, helpful and always smiling . Honestly they made my stay so enjoyable . Room was spacious , bed was really comfortable , shower was superb. Swimming pool was great too . I honestly can’t wait to go back , perfect place to stay in away from all the noise .

Everything was great, room, bathroom, staff, price. It is 10 min from the town so it's quiet and more chill. Good pool, deep which I like. Staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent I understand that they do not have facility to prepare but at least they offer something included in price so that's nice.

Very nice location just outside of Ubud and in very close proximity to the rice fields. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was also lovely after a long and hot day of exploring.

The Oma Ubud resort is small resort so privacy is insured. It is located on Ubud periphery, in silent tropical forest part, so you will get rest for sure. Staff is always smiling and they can provide you anything you think of. The resort is new and well decorated and the cleanliness is kept on a high value. Beds are so comfortable and provide you an amazing sleep.

United KingdomThey had a good choice for breakfast, but it was delivered to the hotel by their partner restaurant in the city centre, so they serve it in a plastic tray with lid. Good quality but a better presentation would make it even better.
Staff was absolutely lovely and helpful. The room was fine, the bed was very comfy and we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and we would go back/ recommend it to fellow travellers for their stay.

The location was perfect—close enough to Ubud Village for convenience, yet just far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. The master bedroom was incredibly spacious, with a fantastic bath and a massive, comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were attentive and kind, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The area is around 10 min from central ubud by grab (no hassle to book grab, always available even at 4 am). Although, no surrounding stores nearby, it is perfect for just a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The staff were all so accommodating and friendly. We checked in at 3 am, and a staff was waiting for us to arrive. Until we were settled in the room, they did ask if we are comfortable enough. Since this is a fairly new villa, facilities, design and rooms are all modern. The total villa is only about 5 rooms, which I loved as we can swim and lounge around freely and sometimes solo. It is as if we rented the whole place. Breakfast is okay, though limited options. But whenever we had to go early for tours, they would provide us packed breakfast. And on the last day, as we checked out early, we just requested for a bread and a fruit but they provided more. We booked the option with a 30 min massage. You may inform the staff at least a day before so they fan schedule. Spa is in central ubud and walking distance from Ubud Palace. We loved this so much.
