Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

we had a very pleasant stay there. Excellent breakfast, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean swimming pool, clean and good maintained room.

IndonesiaThe 3 bedroom catelya cottage is on the second floor. For people with mobility problem, they need to take this into account. Everything was great and no complaint.
The 3 bedroom Catelya cottage was just nice for our family of 7. Very spacious, clean, and reasonably well furnished for a short stay. The hotel itself has a good swimming pool, tennis courts, and spacious open space that gives a really fresh air feeling. Breakfast was adequate. When the F&B manager knew that one of our family members had her birthday, they gave surprises by singing and providing free birthday cake. Nice touch indeed.

Indonesia- The group activities in the early morning (Using megaphone and loudspeaker) at 6 AM were too noisy. - One of the two chairs on the room balcony was not in good shape. - It will be nice if there is a hand held shower

IndonesiaBreakfast was very crowded, but understandable due to the peak holiday season.
The deluxe condo with three bedrooms was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was housekeeping every day, towels changed, bathroom cleaned, bed made, supplies refilled. Beautiful garden and pool. Altogether very relaxing.

IndonesiaBreakfast was finish at 9.00 and the crew did not fill it up. There was porridge left over and the crew just add more water to increase the volume but I makes very thin porridge. The restaurant crew allowed people to smoke/vaping in the non smoking area. The shower room was not proper. No door on the shower makes the bathroom very wet.
