AustraliaHotel did not let us check-in as they demanded double the money for non AC room so we have to cancel our booking and have to book at midnight somewhere else and have paid triple the money to get the AC room booking. We are still waiting for the refund for the booking with no luck. Hotel is shit and pictures are fake. In short if you want to throw your money, then book this hotel.

The hotel alleged that the room I booked was no longer available and that I could have a more expensive room. I didn't bother to stay there as I found this rude and the person at reception was disrespectful.

I reached to the property very late at around 10-11 PM which I already mentioned in my booking, when I reach there they said they can not give me room at this price as I had so much luggage so I didn’t had any choice to adhere to whatever they were saying, so I paid double money to get any available room, and then the room was pathetic, absolutely filthy and smelly so immediately started looking for any other available hotel nearby, and transferred myself out at 2AM in the night, they were not bothered help me or give any refund. I am attaching the receipt of other hotel I had to move to.

United KingdomWe knew it would be basic and probably not the cleanest but you expect that for the price you’re paying. However, we specifically booked this hotel for the air con, when you get there, they put you in a separate hotel on the premises and it’s not OYO. Looks nothing like the photos, doesn’t have air con and doesn’t have TV. Full of ants and mould - again you pay for what you get. However they point blank refused to give us a room with air con and said they have staff to pay so it’s too expensive to put us in a room with aircon (even though we already paid). Also the pool photo is a fake one, nothing like the picture. Again not bothered about that, but it’s the principle. Wifi only works in reception but not in the rooms. Rooms were boiling hot and difficult to sleep.

AustraliaIt was a trap basically. They put up a cheap price to fool you in then. When you arrive, they gave you a room with zeros: no aircon (even tho they listed the room with aircon), no towel, no toilet paper, no power source (you can’t even charge your phone), no internet (hahaha)… bonus: dirty linen, smelly pillows, old rusty window about to fall off anytime, old broken fridge and mosquitos!!! Nothing except an old, dirty room. No one can possibly stay in!! They don’t have cancellation options, it means when you book, you’re trapped. The most doggy place Ive ever been, luckily I only need to stay there for 2 hours and kinda know to bring toilet paper myself cause I read the reviews before I arrive. Help yourself DO NOT book this place

VietnamThe hotel charged me 40 000 IDR more for a room with aircon, even though the air conditioner was in the room description and in the pictures. The room was completely different from the one on Booking.com page, there was a cigarette smell in the room, it was incredibly dirty, the window was broken and couldn't be closed, there was no toilet paper, and the bathroom was disgusting. But the WORST thing that happened, was when I took a pillow, 2 huge COCKROACHES were released from it and started running on the bed. Terrible place, how is it even allowed on Booking.com

United KingdomWe booked to stay here for a night for 100RP when we arrived the staff said that we had to pay 150RP because booking.com had ‘got the price wrong’. 50RP isn’t much however we are on a budget and the principal of this price increase is unacceptable. On top of that the place was covered in litter, the room was dirty, the sink in the bathroom not working, curtains looked like they’d been chewed up by a dog, bed was extremely uncomfortable, the air con was making a ridiculously loud noise and there was no Wifi in the room. Not one to normally leave bad reviews but this was awful, would not recommend staying here.
