They change you sometimes 3% if you pay by card. Some other times only 2% . Not very clear . They don’t told me that before. And this changing ratio is not serious. People at breakfast don’t sleek English. Gym is open to everyone in the island. They rent scooter but helmet are destroyed. Breakfast not good.

The staff! Language barrier and couldn’t give us the correct information about the ferry and we missed the ferry. Taking to them and explaining what we exactly wanted wasted our 30-45mins which left us to miss our ferry to Lombok

Spacious comfortable rooms with all the amenities, good location and breakfast option was quite good and they serve the best hot chocolate so far in Indonesia

Had to ask for a few things to be sorted, which were all but no rails in the wardrobe so couldn't hang much up. AC only seemed to have one temperature even though the numbers changed. Sound travelled between rooms.

1. They have closed the restaurant at 7:30pm itself which is bit strange as no one will finish dinner that early. 2. Water in the restroom is salty. 3. There is no lock for washrooms 4. Washrooms have glass doors, literally everything is visible from outside.

Our room was not very well maintained and did not meet the visual standards, which the pictures indicated. There were only hot water for 5 minutes.

Great location and staff. Good value for money. We ended up staying 5 nights. We rented some motorbikes from the hotel and saw the island, and it worked really good. They helped us to get a ticket to the fast boat.

- the gym is excellent - the area is quiet - the AC and internet work well - the breakfast is nice The restaurant wasn’t open when I was there and the location is a bit far from all the beaches. Hard to get around if you don’t have a motorbike. The accommodation is very basic. But for the price, considering the inclusion of the excellent gym, it’s worth it.

Nicely set-up hotel / rooms Spacious but basic rooms. Staff was very helpful in trying to arrange things, even when something went wrong with a booked driver, they went out of their way to find another one which eventually also worked out.

Room was spacious with a great view. Good choice of breakfast between Continental, American and Indonesian. Good location with dive centre only 2 min walk away and a number of restaurants within 5-10 min walk.
