I had issues with the Wifi; it kept disconnecting making it nearly impossible to watch videos or load images...the housekeeping was subpar; they didn't clean the room thoroughly particularly the bathroom :(

I really enjoyed the hotel view particularly as it was situated right in front of a beautiful rice field. The staff were friendly which added to the overall positive experience. Breakfast was good, but there were limited options to choose from the menu.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They took breakfast orders the day before and had it ready for us at whatever time we chose to be down from our room. We also climbed Mt Batur where we had to be collected at 2:30am by our driver - when we told the staff this during general conversation, they offered to make us a takeaway breakfast option. The deluxe room was extremely spacious with great facilities. The balcony view of the rice terraces was great also, it was exactly what we were looking for. 100% woukd return.

Whether it was the quick response to room service or the helpful recommendations for local attractions, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. The views from the resort are breathtaking, with lush green rice paddies stretching as far as the eye can see. We spent countless hours just soaking in the serene landscape from our balcony, sipping tea. The location is perfect—just a short distance from the bustling heart of Ubud, yet secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet. I loved the convenience of being close to local markets, restaurants, and cultural sites while having a relaxing retreat to return to. Breakfast was a delightful experience, featuring a wide variety of delicious options, including traditional Balinese dishes and fresh fruits. Every morning felt like a feast, and the outdoor dining area with stunning views made it even more special. The rooms are beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with traditional Balinese elements. They were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the decor made it feel like a true sanctuary. Lastly, the pool area was a highlight of my visit. With its stunning views and inviting atmosphere, it was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. I enjoyed lounging by the pool, surrounded by nature, and the refreshing water was just what I needed. Overall, my experience at Paon Desa Ubud was nothing short of amazing. It was a little further out than expected and not a walkable road to get to if you’re wanting to explore central Ubud. However very easy by car or scooter

one of the 4 light bulb is not working and kept flickering. there were some issue with the room at first but the staff fixed it immediately and took feedback well.

the staff is 11/10 and willing to above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied especially Bagus and Edi and another lady staff at the front desk. Bagus is memang Bagus. the rice paddy view is really nice.

The safe wasn't working at the time so we had to use a key. Small issue but important to note for other travellers. It could have only been the one in our room.

We absolutely loved the staff!! Eddie and the other staff at reception really took care of us and our needs. They were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful when trying to organize tours and places to eat. Our room had a beautiful view and was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was a little out of Ubud but the daily shuttle from the hotel to the Ubud market was helpful. Excellent.

I had a wonderful experience at Paon Desa Ubud. The hotel is very comfortable, very clean, and the staff is amazing—always friendly and ready to help. The location is perfect, just a 8-minute drive from Ubud center, and it offers a very beautiful view of the rice fields. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ubud!

There honestly isn't anything that we didn't like. The location is decent, but it's not SUPER close to the center of Ubud, but it was still in the vicinity. Apart from that, we have zero complaints about this hotel.

Overall, my wife and I loved this place as a small honeymoon location to stay. The view from our room was amazing and the rice field is really something in the mornings and evenings. The staff there was always so helpful and made sure to accomodate our every need. They would go above and beyond for us and made sure we were always happy. A big shoutout to Edi who works there for always taking extra special care of us and cooking us an amazing and tasty breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Ubud.

The host Eddy is super enthusiastic and friendly guy, take plenty of time to make you feel at ease by informing you about the area. Location is quiet and among the rice fields the hotel also provides free drop service to the city centre

The location its good and bad, you need transport to go anywhere.

The staff, especially Malik, she was so sweet! Thank you and the rest of the staff and Eddy for being so nice to us and make towels animals for our kid. And dress her up when she cried. Thats great hospitality! Location was peaceful and had a great view over the ricefields.

The staff are the loveliest! Very friendly and so helpful. The place itself is so beautiful, located in a very quiet area surrounded by rice fields. The room is so spacious and the bed is very big and comfortable to sleep in. You can also rent a scooter here which is very helpful to explore the area and go to central Ubud.
