Your website did not say that I had to enter Bali and pay entry fee. A transit hotel is usually inside the airport and technically you are not entering the country unless you leave the building. Advance notice would have been nice. So, I had to purchase an entry visa to stay the night in transit.

If you are sound sensitive, bring ear plugs because there will be some commotion (opening and closing of doors) through out the night as it is a 24/7 hostel.

Convinient when you are traveling with heavy luggage and you arrive at night.

Super good location at airport by arrivals and departures. Near restaurants and cafes and souvenirs shops. Hot showers! Quiet plus nice work lounge with cold AC and tons of power outlets. I’ve stayed here three times now as many arrivals and departures are middle of the night. Has lower rate just to use showers. Has lockers too big enough for carryon suitcases.

How convenient for solo travel who only need to transit for more than 5 hours without needing to leave the airport

Air freshener being pumped through the ventilation ducts made me feel a bit ill and there’s obviously no windows for fresh air. Minimal sound proofing so you can hear other guests/ staff talking and even the airport announcements but still slept well.

Super convenient, can be in bed within 15m of landing. Clean, easy, lockers for bags.

Somewhat awkward steps up to the top bunks, and if you are claustrophobic you will hate this, but I personally thought it was really cool and slept great.

Really cool pods, good shared facilities, and the lockers for your stuff felt very secure. Plus you don’t even need to leave the airport which felt really safe and easy as a solo traveller landing at 23:30.

Predictably, walls in a capsule hotel are thin. Some guests do not respect other guests when they talk on cell phones inside the capsules. Staff can really help solve this problem by specifically mentioning to all guests upon check in that no one should be talking inside the sleeping area; there’s a front lobby for that.

Location is fantastic inside airport on upper level. Rooms are typical capsule hotel rooms. WiFi works, showers are clean with hot water, staff competently secured baggage in storage as necessary.

Only have a blanket on the bed and there’s aircon blowing cold in your pod even with the vents shut it was very cold

Super super convenient it’s in the airport I landed at midnight so went straight to sleep checked out and went onwards to my hotel in Uluwatu the next morning. Beds were comfortable enough when your sleep deprived and showers were warm.

Well, your stay here is dependent on how well you sleep and on how considerate other guests are. If they are noisy when they arrive or leave, too bad.

Very convenient if you have a flight. Near Burger King on the first floor, above Starbucks. Just one floor up to Departures. Good showers. There is plenty of room around the lockers to sort your bags out.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 service. Pod, showers and bathroom area is clean. Free lockers for your bags. My travel partner used the pod for only a couple of hours until the flight, this was no problem at all. Staff let me use the lobby while I waited for my travel partner, even though I didn't book a room for myself, which was very accommodating and kind of them.
