Just one thing - the shower's water pressure was wayyyyy too low and there was no heater available. It wasn't a problem for night showers, but for morning showers it wasn't ideal.

everything was great! i love that it was easy to find and very near an MRT station, plus there's Alfamart nearby and so many street food vendors around. It was overall a really good introduction towards Jakarta for me.

The fact that everything works on an app was a problem, as my phone didn't support it and I had to contact staff members for everything from closing/opening my door to switching the lights on and off

Our double room functioned entirely with the use of an app. We tried to install the app on 3 different phones, but this did not work. This meant we needed a staff member with the app every time we wanted to open our room, turn on/off our lights and adjust our AC. This was very annoying and totally unnecessary.

Super clean rooms with friendly and helpfull staff. Small kitchen available with outside seating. Great location 5 mins walk from commuter train.

Toiletpapier wasn't always by hand. The showers in the women's dormitory were not warm.

The temperature inside the capsule is quite cold, but I solved it by asking the staff to raise up the temperature of the main AC and I cover some ventilation fans in my capsule with a paper and urgos :)))

The location is super convenient, it stays right in the central of Jakarta, near bus and mrt stations, malls, convenient store,… and near the station for the airport mrt line too. Nice staff and the location is quite and safe.

Friendly and helpful staff during the day and at night when I checked in at 2am. Comfortable mattress. Soap and towels were provided, also a hair dryer.Water dispenser available. Walking distance to Grand Indonesia Mall!

the area around the hostel is quite a bit dark, I didn't feel safe walking alone at night even tho nothing happened

it's really near the stations and I have no trouble finding it. the staffs were helpful & friendly. the pod is small but comfy, suitable for people who just stay Jakarta for just 1 night like me

The location wasn't near to restaurants that we could go to. We were met by roadside buskers who were very pushy for money when we arrived which got us a bit concerned of the area. There was no hook on the female shower room to put my cloths when you wanna take a shower. The dorm room also smelled very stuffy with someone's body odour. I suggest to air the room daily and spray so no one person who have stayed there long creates the room's smell. The double room was extremely small, no where to open luggage or stand up. You just have a double bed in a box with a few square foot to get in. Not recommended for long stay unless you are an extreme backpacker

The cool tech incorporated at PassGo. The whole room for my parents (double bed) is controlled by your phone. But because of that registering and all in the beginning to get access was tedious and a pain especially after a long flight. As for my dorm, we had secure lockers and can lock ourselves in the capsule. It felt safe to sleep. They provide water filter everywhere so you can get drinking water free.

Great budget hotel. Love those little cabins that you can control over your phone. Water filter, fridge and little kitchen available. Not far from a shopping mall with a grocery store.

They really need pest control, it's infested by mosquitos in the lobby/common area, pantry and in the room. Dust and dirt inside the pods that wasn't cleaned properly. Some controls inside the pod for the other lights weren't working.

Great location near the Dukuh Atas BNI MRT station and the Sudirman train station going to/from the airport. Comfortable sleeping pods.

There seemed to be more mosquitoes in the bathroom than outside the hostel. Shared bathroom need updating. The rooms are not very soundproof.

The rooms are clean and modern. They have everything you need. Very secure, easy, and efficiently controlled through an app. The staff were all lovely.

There's no hot water in the bathroom. The toilet is not clean enough. Bad soundproofing of the capsule.

The location is great! Very close to the Train Station (BNI City) which makes it convenient to get to the airport. The staff are nice and willing to help.

Perfect to spend one night before your plane or train. We arrived late in the evening and stayed in a double room. Bed was comfy and the room was nice, all modern, maybe a little small but that worked fine for us. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but there was hot water in the shower. Everything’s very modern (you’ll have to download an app on your phone to enter the room, turn on the lights .. 🤪).

The room is too cold. The center of AC system, has limited Temperature and wind speed. Still too cold for me with minimize room like that. There is a chill & relax corner with beanbags but there’s no television there.

The hotel is so near to the mrt station. You can find food stalls near the hotel. Its near to Thamrin Mall, find cheaper price here.. You can walk to the mall, if you like challenge. Gojek is the best, they are like your friends, alwaya there when you need one.
