Like: The staff's personal interactions. Not like: The rooms staffs' professional competence. Like: Overall ambience. Not like: Specific cleanliness standards. White towels were frayed, greyish in colour. The pools had dirt at the bottom.

The bathroom is quite old, shower isn’t very convenient. Smell of humidity inside the room, but it’s ok.

Great outdoor pool, the staff is very friendly and welcoming

Breakfast was quite simple - would have been better with more fruit and fresh food options.

The hotel area is super lush, green, and well maintained. The staff were also super friendly and helpful when I asked them questions about the area.

They should renew the towels. Breakfast should be improved for international customers. Spa should be improved too.

I like the hotel so much. The room, garden and pool is amazing. Staff is friendly.

The beds were really uncomfortable. If you wanted to sleep longer, the staff were calling you at 10am to go to breakfast and it was not possible to turn off the phone, as it would have stayed peeping. The breakfast didn’t have much variation. The bathroom was very old, the water pressure was bad and the towels old.

The location was really good. Also, for the price, it was decent. Massage was good and the staff was very friendly.

The room on the ground floor had a strong damp smell, which didn`t go away easily, also small black stains in the corners (mold?). The room on the second floor did not have that problem, so i suggest ask for those.

On arrival the staff gave a free upgrade for one of the rooms, the place is quiet, had lots of vegetation, staff was eager to help (luggage, mosquito repellent). Pool is not huge, but usable. Easily walkable to monkey forest, town centre and trekking trails (which we liked much more than former)

Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peaceful stay in Ubud for a short duration

Traffic: The hotel is located at the end of a long narrow street that can be accessed by car, bike from one side only which makes it difficult to come from other side (only by bike). The way to the hotel from main Ubud road can be clogged at times. There is a walkway to the parallel main street from the hotel by 10 min walk (and bike) which was not bad but it is a narrow street like everywhere in Ubud with passing bikes.

The hotel was kind to offer us an upgrade to our reserved accommodation to a mini lodge by the second large pool which was a complete surprise. The large pool outside our lodge was very clean and the staff providing massage and drinks were good. Overall, we would stay again at the hotel again if we ever decide to visit Ubud next time around. The accommodation was clean and the staff offered to help when we asked for clean towels and room cleaning service.

There was a lot of mould in the room, not just in the bathroom but also the lampshades were mouldy and all around the room The cushions on the beds smelled bad, like they’d not been washed for years. There were renovations on other units on the property happening late into the night with loud power tools. The smell of the water was bad, at first we thought it was the toilets but it was also the shower water. The food was okay but the mozzies and flies in the restaurant quite distracting. It’s the little things that all add up.

The location was good and staff friendly and helpful. The pools were nice, and so were the grounds. Generally ok value but definitely in need of some maintenance- which we have found a lot of accommodations are the same. Even higher end ones.

Breakfast was really poor, very few options. The bathrooms are old and dirty, with old mirrows. Also they made us change rooms on the second day, even though we were stying only for 3 nights, which was annoying.

Pool area is nice. The location is easy access. Room size is good.

The bathroom is terrible, dirty, old, broken shower. The smell in the room is awfull, also the bed shites. The breakfast is poor choice, every day the same and set on a very small buffet. The name of hotel is confusing on google maps even for the taxi driver, because it was changed from Pertiwi Bisma 2 to Pertivwi Ubud. If the photos of the room were as reality I would choose other hotel.

The pool and the garden around hotel is totally oposite of the interier. Very nice. The location is ok, about 15min walk to the Ubud palace and market. Many restaurants and markets right on the street next to hotel.

My bathroom was pretty ordinary. The rest of the room was nice though.

Loved the value for money, location and great facilities. My bed was very comfortable and the grounds were lovely. The staff were really sweet and helpful. And I loved the food and cocktails!
