A great hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is designed beautifully and is very spacious. The room is quirky and the little touches really make this place! The breakfast included was delicious and the snacks and drinks provided were also a great bonus!

Nothing to not like

Great location, a couple of minutes walk to Padang Padang beach. Onsite, well priced restaurant & bar, with lots of other options close by. Complimentary poolside snacks all day. Large comfortable rooms, air con worked well. Very cold bar fridge. Pleasant surprises left in room each day. Staff were very attentive.

Great location! Staff super friendly and come around with free treats throughout the day (ice cream, sandwiches etc). Two amazing pool areas with lots of day beds and areas to relax. Great food and free breakfast. Rooms were great with smart tvs and aircon to really relax at the end of a hot day. Wish I stayed longer!

I wish there was music at the pools, or even just one of them. It was very quiet, relaxing for sure, but we would've liked some background noise.

I'm prepared to state that this hotel is my favourite hotel I have ever visited. The service is next level and the attention to detail makes the stay so enjoyable. The staff are kind and welcoming and great fun to chat with. There are three pools, all with comfy loungers. While hanging out poolside the staff will bring treats and cocktail samples for you to try. Twice a day room maintenance including a turndown service where they lay out bug repellent, light essential oils and leave face masks in the fridge.

Beautiful hotel with ample space to lounge by the pool. Delicious and varied a la carte breakfast. Great location for walking to restaurants, shopping, and Padang Padang beach. Fantastic staff and service.

The hotel is stunning! An instagtam dream. There are 3 pools to lounge in and losts of bedside pool choices. The location is the heart of uluwatu n a walk to the beach. The hotel organised my scooter hire effectlessly and were very helpful with any needs I had for extra towels etc. The resturant attached was delicious with lovely staff and live music at night. My room was stunning and beautifully styled with views of the ocean from my balcony. It was a fabulous stay overall and an inspiration on the eyes. As a stylist myself I loved the decor and would definetly stay there again.

The architecture of the whole hotel is splendid. The pools and the pool area is well thought and conceived. The room is huge (horizon) with a balcony and view into the sea. Gifts regularly are brought to the room, which is really sweet. Big tv screen with Netflix. Big and very good breakfast. Last great location near Padang Padang plus great restaurants very close. In 3 words, I highly recommend.

The property was beautiful, charmingly decorated, and had a fun yet relaxed vibe. Everything was impeccably clean, the rooms were spacious, and we were treated to delightful surprises like fruit or ice cream by the pool. The food was fantastic too! The location was perfect—close to the beach and all the exciting spots in Uluwatu, all within walking distance. However, the standout was the staff—super friendly, always helpful, and dedicated to making our stay special. I highly recommend it and will definitely be visiting other PinkCoco hotels in the future!

Having to leave

I come here every few months for a surf trip, and I always choose to stay at this place. The staff truly make you feel at home; their service goes above and beyond, and you quickly become friends with them, which is such a comforting feeling when traveling. The rooms are fantastic—quiet, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. If you’re lucky enough to be upstairs, you get a beautiful beach view, while downstairs offers outdoor beds where you can watch the sunset. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of surfing. The pool area is another highlight. You can chill out with a drink, and the staff bring around complimentary snacks, adding a lovely touch to the experience. The on-site restaurant is great, often featuring live music, creating a relaxed atmosphere. It’s so nice to enjoy some good food and drinks there after a long day. All in all, this place offers an amazing stay with exceptional service, great amenities, and a welcoming vibe that keeps me coming back every time.

Everything! Our room was perfect, the food was always very tasty and well presented but it’s the staff that make this place REALLY special. I’ve never stayed anywhere where the staff want to make you feel welcome and happy as much as here….its either the warm smiles, little chats or the little ‘surprises’ …….but it’s really THE BEST.

Everything was perfect! Super hospitality people, clean and unique rooms, pools open 24/7, excellent breakfast. Restaurant is near by, offering every meal you want. Though the day you get some free snacks and different drinks. And also the location in the center of Uluwatu is perfect. I will recomend it to everybody.

When I stayed in the horizon room the balcony door had a gap in it so the geckos kept coming in and I’m terrified of geckos so didn’t love that

One night the staff were renovating the room at 10.30pm next door so we had to ask them to please be quiet. The 'surprises' were a tad over-hyped. The wifi didn't extend to the restaurant.

We loved the included breakfast! Lots of options to choose from and efficient service. The pink theme was very well done. Room service was always prompt. The pools were pretty and relaxing. There is an honesty bar which is handy if wanting a drink so you don't have to call reception. Netflix on the tv, a handy mini fridge. Cleaners at the room twice daily. Big shower.

Staff were amazing. The treats at the pool were fab. Breakfast was excellent. Room and indeed the property was unique and very quirky. 2 months on I still have the little friendship bracelet that I got on checkin on my wrist. I wish I was back there right now!
