Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The property is so nice and spacious, location is very convenient, the staff are very friendly and approachable, good customer service , the SPA massage therapist is really good, she did a good job.

IndonesiaWe stayed at the Founder's Villa. It felt exactly like an Airbnb instead of a full service Villa, they left you to clean up after yourselves except after breakfast, and do the bare minimum during your stay. Breakfast is a selection of local dishes, which was quite good actually, but they gave us artificial mango juice everyday and instant coffee powder in sachets for coffee. Come on, it doesn't cost much to squeeze fresh juice and buy a proper coffee machine! Kitchen facility is super old, and the overall amenities are lacking for the price. It was hard to find electricity outlets around the villa too. Not forgetting, pillows are a little too hard to sleep on, it gave one of us neck pain in the morning.

IndonesiaFirst: The internet connection is very bad. Therefore, you can't do anything at the villa. I already raised the issue at the WA group, however, there is no follow up from the staff. Second: We can't sleep at night because there was dangdut music until 3:00 in the morning, and there is no follow up from the villa's staff. Third: In the morning, there is no water at all so we have to wait for some time for the fixing the jet pump. And the quality of the water is very dirty
