The rooftop bar has nice view, but the pool is small.

The hotel has a nice ambient. Staff are helpful. We stay in the room with a nice city view through a big glass window.

I lost my room card once and I had to pay to remake one..I was just surprise. Appart from that, my 3 nights stay was perfect

Breakfast is vary but doesn’t taste very good. The coffee from breakfast is very watery. I noticed there are a small hole and stain on the bed sheet.

Friendly and helpful staff. Stayover cleaning is very clean. They have nice rooftop pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Pool is not so big but has a nice view over the city. The hotel is also very new.

The service is quite good and the breakfast is excellent. If you go on a guided tour early in the morning, they can prepare a breakfast package for you.

The mind service of the staff. A female staff took the trouble to help me purchase a train ticket for the YIA on her phone after I failed to do it on my devices.

- The parking slot was quite limited, although they provided free valet parking. - The lavatory is too shallow

Thursday night performance at the bar was too loud and totally unnecessary. It was impossible to speak to the person sitting next to me.

Although the hotel is non-smoking, many people were smoking at the rooftop bar. As someone with asthma, this made it impossible to attend events held there.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. For the price, I could not have asked for better service. I strongly recommend staying here, especially for anyone who is visiting UGM nearby.

The hotel is not very sensory friendly, with a strongly scented lobby and a DJ every night on the rooftop. We also had to get used to the TV turning itself on every time we inserted the room card for electricity.

I enjoyed my stay at Porta. We mostly booked this hotel for its proximity to the university campus for a conference and it was amazing to have this within walking distance. The hotel rooftop (with infinity pool and sauna) offered perfect moments for relaxation. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The bathroom kinda smells a bit unpleasant due to no window (?) , maybe can put an air freshener in it just to make the smell less unpleasant

Friendly staff, the room was spacious for 2 people. I requested 2 rooms close to each other and gladly they gave rooms face to face. They cleaned the room seriously so it was nice.

The food from the restaurant was okay, but not that good. When I stayed there, I couldn't use it because there were some evening events in there so they needed to close the pool area earlier. To bad

The ambiance, decorations, and bed were comfy, with the nice choices of pillows. The staff were so nice, helpful and friendly. The location was good with easy access to many places.

Parking seems to be a little problematic, however the valet parking was quite a help way.
