I reported to reception that I had 2 pastries. Wrapped up. One had been unwrapped and eaten by a cleaner. Reception never got back to me on it. But made me feel uneasy so I carried all my valuables with me. I also never use the safe as they are totally unsafe.

Bali on the whole was a lot more expensive than last year.

We had a lovely time at Prama Sanur Beach, we met friends there. The location was perfect, right on the beach and near to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was great, lots of variety, the beach bar food was also good, however, more expensive than the surrounding places to eat. The room was clean, aircon was good and I also asked for extra water each day which I was given. Yeah, I would definitely recommend and go back again.

We were very surprised to see guests filling up takeaway boxes and various other items with food at breakfast😧. Have never seen this anywhere before and felt disappointed with the behaviour of some guests at breakfast.

The staff were just wonderful, food at the various restaurants excellent and very reasonable prices. We loved happy hour at Bamboo Bar. Our highlight was Satay Friday Night at Lada Restaurant - such a lovely experience and wonderful staff looking after us. Breakfast was adequate and again the staff excelled themselves. Prama is a large resort and we enjoyed the spaciousness and variety of bars and restaurants for our 2 night stay. Many thanks.

Rooms are looking old a bit on small size and need a paint and a deep clean. Very crowded at brekky. More like 3-4 star as it's is listed as 5 star.

Facilities were excellent. Rooms looked clean and bedding comfortable. Nice brekky lots to chose from.

My son loved the playground by the pool. Although it looks a bit old, it's still great to use. The breakfast buffet didn't have a wide variety of options, but the food was still good. The staff were exceptional, especially Mr. Juliana at the Tirta Restaurant and Ms. Peni at the front office. They were amazing

the bathroom a little bit not proper enough as a 4 stars hotels (maybe to old) and there is no closed door of the shower place and so the water run out the place and all over the floor....

close to the beach, have a good ambience surrounded hotel and beach, the pool also big and nice (also there is a pool for kids), breakfast many choices and good. the entertainment such as music or band, were really good and also various dances as perfomance were nice. the pedestrian path throughout beaches is really good for jogging or walk.

The pool was super warm, like a bath. The pool bar was under construction, this wasn't mentioned anywhere. The towel counter closed when it rained. The food was average,

We appreciated they were able to accommodate having 2 rooms next to each other. Check in and check out was an easy process. Most of the staff seemed friendly and helpful. I didn't mind the location. There was a mixture of travellers, singles, couples, families, friends, elderly etc... I do agree with other comments about the lounges getting booked up as soon as the sun rises. We went down to watch the sunrise and people would have their towels, drop them on a lounger and then go to breakfast. It wasn't too bad when we travelled, there were a few lounges spare later in the arvo when we wanted to hang at the beach.

Although rooms were dated they were very clean and I loved the Bali feel - esp in the bathroom. However, the mattresses had lost all their padding and felt like sleeping on a board with a bit of foam over the top. Also only one lift area for the whole large extended floor plan. A long way to walk for someone who cannot do stairs and/or has mobility issues.

Loved that it was on the beach and had fabulous shady trees with beach chairs available and bar services to boot! It seems to be the only accommodation that provides a swim area for little kids. Also loved the big pool for adults, although the swim up bar was being revamped while we were there.
