Everything was just perfect here. Beautiful views,very quiet and peaceful,comfortable bed,beautiful traditional bathroom. Amazing location in the middle of the jungle next to a flowing river. Perfect place to just relax ,read ,swim and the spa is fabulous. The free shuttle bus to ubud was great. The staff are so warm and welcoming. I would definitely come back.

Everything was wonderful

It was authentic and stunning . It had great food and great activities to do. It had such beautiful personalised service . It was peaceful and quiet - it was incredibly beautiful

It is quite far out of town, it’s difficult to walk too far from the hotel (the location is good for exploring the area but with a driver). We tried to use the outdoor bath but it’s too large to fill!

The pool and the jungle setting are truly spectacular. The gardens are beautiful and lush and exploring down to the sacred canyon is a truly incredible setting. It feels very far from the commercialised parts of Ubud and is totally serene and relaxed. The room is beautiful with jungle views and the bathroom also very cool. The staff are very friendly, discreet and helpful, we enjoyed the Indonesian breakfasts which were generous and interesting and flavoursome, as well as the afternoon teas. We ate at the hotel restaurant two nights which was very nice. They also arranged airport transfers and excursions for us, with a friendly and informative driver (cost about €50). If you’re looking for a secluded and romantic getaway far from the crowds this is a great spot. We wish we had had more time!

None, everything was so perfect

This place just awesome, placed in the middle of jungle, with all its beauty of so many trees, flowers, some small creatures and the sacred lagoon. The staffs were also so kind, helpful and they did their job with hearts. And the foods all are tasteful.

The restaurant could use some improvement. Sometimes it would be inconsistent, some of the food would be cold on the plate, and the food does not get brought out at the same time.

The property was amazing. It really felt like we were in the jungle. Felt very private. The spa there was amazing, the service and staff were exceptional and made sure our stay was pleasant. There was a free shuttle included if we wanted to get into town, which was very nice.

The breakfast was not that good (considered the price), and the curtains (bathroom and mosquito net around the bed) were dirty (it should be clean considered the price). Also no hot water during my first evening, but they fixed this.

Really felt like we are alone in the middle of the jungle. There was attention to detail, from the room to the facilities and restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they met every request. Thanks to Satria for always telling us stories about the balinese culture and for taking care of everything.

The road was being upgraded to the hotel the communication when we arrived late wasnt good didnt know how to get to hotel in the dark no signage no email with instructions.

A special shout-out to Ketut, who took us on a tour that was both informative and delightful. His friendly demeanor and expertise truly enhanced our experience. The spa services were beyond amazing. We indulged in two 3-hour massage sessions, and they were honestly the best massages we’ve ever had. The therapists were skilled, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The hotel itself felt like something out of a movie, surrounded by breathtaking flora that added to the serene and magical atmosphere. The attention to detail was impeccable. Our room was cleaned twice daily, and each time we returned, we noticed thoughtful touches that made us feel truly pampered. Amazing stay at Pramana Giri Kusuma. The perfect place to relax, recharge and unwind. Feels completely surrounded by nature and is the most tranquil place I've stayed in Bali. The staff and facilities are amazing, special mention to Ari from the on-site Spa for the amazing treatments! The food is great as well! I will be back.

Rooms felt like poorly lit for me, maybe just my room which was ‘Spathyphyllum’ and down near the canyon. But the advantage of it was the incredible feeling of living right on the river.

The location, the incredible landscaping, the beautiful restaurant and pool, the tasty food, the smiling staff. The whole property, the food and spa prices are great value for money.

The location is easy to get to the terraces and kuber, the jungle room is very comfortable and has special features, the breakfast is great, the staff is very helpful and helped us book the SPA and motorbike.
