Our stay at Pramana was everything and more than we could have hoped for and anticipated. The people of Pramana were so welcoming and kind-hearted that this made our stay extra special. We spent 4 nights at the resort, and we felt as if we had spent a full week there just because of how one feels so at ease and relaxed, so soon. We did daily morning yoga, made use of the spa facilities, experienced a Balinese cooking class and got to be apart of a traditional Balinese dance evening. All of these activities were 10/10 and made our honeymoon one to remember.

The sound of the water feature from the private pool was WONDERFUL, but shut off a bit to early in the day(6:15pm). After the feature went off we could hear the local dogs barking (which I didn't mind, I am a dog person), but could hear the neighbors chatting at there villas. The food was surprisingly average, but good and clean, no belly issues. I do have a food allergy and am vegetarian. My partner does eat meat and has no food allergies. If you are vegetarian, there are very little options( the usual margarita pizza). When I asked for no meat in other entrées, I often still got meat and the dish went back. I also have a mushroom allergy (anaphylactic), there for I never ordered anything with mushroom because I didn't trust they would not have mushrooms in it because of the no meat request. They did seem to understand and ask about allergies and food choices (giving a faults comfort). But after the first order still having meat, it was shown time and time again(3 times out 7 meals eaten here, 5 breakfast/ 2 dinners) that the cook and wait staff didn't understand and didn't catch the mistake before delivering the plate to me. Over all though they were very kind and understanding. I feel awful returning food and hope that nothing went to waste. The entire place and prices gives off a very fine, high class accommodations, but the service was average and at a 3 or 4 star, not 5 as they lead you to believe( if I am completely honest here). I personally am completely comfortable with staying at a 3 star location. However my partner is a 5 star human all day long and was disappointed in the service.

I absolutely loved the villa, we stayed in the artist village. I give the cleanliness a 5 start, the accommodations village a 5 star. I enjoyed learning more about the balinesian way and visiting the Hindu temples. The restaurant view is absolutely breath taking. The location is very remote and quite from city noise.

This will be a subjective opinion because I'm a noise sensitive person, but what I didn't like was the noisy Gecko in our room. However it's a harmless lizard, it is so noisy, especially during the night. The staff were trying to catch Gecko several times and also provided us ear plugs so we could use them during the night.

I like the accommodation, it was really beautiful and the surroundings. Also the food was delicious! Most of all I would like to highlight, that Pramana has the nicest and humble staff I have ever met, they are smiling at you all the time and they are very caring about the guests.

Amazingly clean hotel. Staff are hired from the local village and offer a superb level of genuinely friendly service (a special award to Kutut who ran the restaurant). Breakfast is exceptional and the evening menu equally impressive wit Balinese dance night on Wednesday. We stayed in a wooden villa with pool which had a huge comfy bed and semi-outdoor bathroom. The whole place and experience were exceptional and the vie from the restaurant and main pool for the sunset was amazing Overall very impressive.

Absolutely nothing to dislike about this property!

The property is simply amazing! We stayed in an artist pool villa and we would definitely do it again. It is a short drive away, by resort golf cart, but is worth every cent spent. The staff are absolutely outstanding and are more than happy to assist with any request. We also had a fantastic treatment at the spa and also booked a private 7 course dinner on their jetty. The food was delicious, the service was top notch and the view was simply majestic! We will definitely be back and cannot recommend staying here highly enough!

The property location and facilities were amazing. Entire staff was very warm and went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant and memorable, we had the best time in the property, clean rooms and villas and the breakfast spread was really good. The staff were very sweet and helpful..I would definitely recommend to stay here if you are visiting Bali for an amazing peaceful time with the best facilities or premium quality... The most romantic hotel I ever stayed, I will keep this place forever in my heart . It is so balinesse style, the hotel ground is very well kept and decorated with high attention to details and position is a dream. The rooms are very nice decorated and very clean, bed is very confy, everything was just perfect . I am so happy that I choosed this hotel for our Ubud stay.

You are given 4 approximately 330ml bottles of water a day. When it's 34C, you need much more than this. I rang reception and they told me I would need to buy from restaurant. We needed larger refillable water bottles. That is my only gripe.

We had a villa with our own private pool, and it was fabulous. I have no negative comments at all. From the staff, the restaurant, especially a la carte breakfast and spa, were superb

The location is great if you want a tranquil, secluded time away from the hustle and bustle. But if you want to go to Ubud central factor in a 20-30 min drive.

Food, massage and taxi services were twice expensive than other providers with similar facilities.

Amazing location with beautiful views and surrounded by nature. The staff was awesome, and the rooms were sparkling clean. They even surprised us with a lovely flower decoration for our anniversary! The food and breakfast were fantastic, and the morning yoga class was a refreshing start to the day. The massage and food were great, though a bit pricey compared to other places.

We have searched our brains, but nothing comes up.

Our room was a pool villa situated in the front towards the jungle. It was awesome. Old, stylish, clean, charming, great bathroom, so villa was great, but the staff was even better. So encompassing, so helpful, so sincere. We celebrated New Year, and had the pleasure of having a set of balinese dancers celebrating along. Lots of fun and good times. We went also to do the river rafting, which was great fun, and we happened to pass by and see the hotel from the river.

The only critism was the freshness of the food sometimes.

Pramana watu kurung is a calm peaceful hotel. We stayed in the artist village and our villa was wonderful.It has all the facilities you would expect in a 5 star hotel. The main restaurant gives view on the valley and that view is breathtaking. The hotel staffs were polite and always eager to help.

Nothing about the property just be warned about the time it takes from the airport with the local traffic.

The setting and staff was just wonderful. So friendly staff who are always happy to help you. The rooms and individual suites are just stunning. The restaurant and its food was amazing, overlooking the main pool and valley below. The spa and yoga in the morning helped us completely relax
