Nice room and pool area. Late check out was possible but for 30% extra of the nill. Very hot in the living area even with the fans on. The bathroom smelt terrible.

Only just wish they’d have a small counter table to put wallet / charger/ small things in your bed dorm and having water refill machine would make it 100% perfect!

Stayed for 7 nights - cost friendly, good internet to work remotely, feels like home and safe as a solo lady traveler. ⁠Staff made me feel welcomed at all situations from basic inquiries, free Saturday night dinner together with other guests and generally clean and complete facilities. Their restaurant price is also affordable. I love their swimming pool which is not giant in size but serve its wonderful purpose after a long and hot day out in the sun and road. 8 - 10 minutes walk to the beach and main streets (near Discovery Mall) so if you needed anything more it’s easy access and less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. It’s tucked in a quiet courtyard but next to a street so you really get the best of both worlds. Thank you Pudak - Septi, Asri. Will stay here again.

Lockers were too small, so you would have to leave your bag next to the bed. Weird that you can't lock the door to the room. Not possible to refill your own water bottle to support 0 waste (possible to buy though). I felt a bit uncomfortable walking alone from the hostel to places in the evening (good to have your flashlight with you). They should add nobs to hang your towels somewhere to dry.

Good curtains to have privacy in the shared dorm. Good AC in the room and 3 toilets and 3 showers for the 6 bedroom dorm. Toilets kept very clean. Very quiet for good sleep. Possible to buy drinks and food.

Amazing place close by the Airport, very clean and most nicest people working at reception. Every Friday there is family diner with really delicious food for every host and is for free. I always return to this hostel, definitely most cleanest and relaxing hostel I have been. You can also order food and there is free coffee and tea at the morning 🔆

It was the perfect place to stay as a young couple after a long flight. We stayed there as a “pitstop” on the way to somewhere else, and Pudak Sari Unizou Hostel was the perfect place to relax and get a good nights sleep.

Really great hostel! Super clean and the layout was really comfortable. For 6 beds, they have 3 showers and four toilets. You never had to wait for someone to be finished. The staff was really friendly and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Luxury hostel! Beds are super comfy. The staff is a friendly family. On Saturday evening they offer a family dinner, time to spend together, very nice. I love this hostel.

Loves everything about this places. The view from our balcony. The fresh smell in the lobby. The music that played at breakfast. For the cheap price it was honestly the best gift to ourselves! Highly recommend. One of the cleanest most comfortable stays of our whole time in Sri Lanka.

Absolutely zero issues.

Stayed six nights the first time and came back twice more. It’s a quiet little oasis in the middle of busy Kuta. Very close to airport; even walked one time as only had small knapsack. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, beach etc. Clean and chill. Cheap and tasty food on site. The NICEST staff!!!

My only complaint was that the dorm smelled strongly of chemical cleaners, and that smell persisted all the way through the night. Everything else was super nice, but this would make me hesitate to stay there again unless they switch to less caustic cleaning supplies. I liked how clean they kept it, just not the caustic chemical smell that persisted in the dorm.

Clean, organized, friendly staff. Good social but relaxed vibe.
