Breakfast was often very crowded.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly and very efficient. We loved the adult pool where we could relax without the noise of children. The breakfast each day was exceptional.

Cleanliness of the room can be better, there were bugs in my room at time. In 3418, the bath tub would leak from the tap, causing the side of the bath tub to be drenched and flooded.

Staff were excellent. So friendly and polite. Pool was fantastic too. Could consider informing the guests of the pool before hand at level 3.

The bed was harder than we are used to but that is travelling for you.

We had 2 rooms, and both were bigger than expected, one of the rooms had a door dividing the lounge room from bedroom which was perfect for the baby to sleep. The cot was provided free. Breakfast buffet was expansive and had lots of choices to keep even the fussy 2-year-old happy. The kid's pool was perfect for water confidence for the baby. The Pullman gave easy access to the beachfront for sunset drinks and an easy walk away for the hustle and bustle of the honking cars and motorbikes. I loved that the security guards were always watching for us to leave or return and always helped by stopping the traffic for us to make it easy to get across the busy road with the pram.

We found the beds very hard. One of the reasons I chose the resort was for its sunset pool to get the best perspective of the setting sun, sadly children were not invited to be on this deck so we were unable to watch sunset from the resort, I feel for that 30mins an exception could have been made ( they weren't there to swim or drink)

Grounds were spacious providing ample room for children to let off steam. The paths are all raised which kept us above the flooded grounds when those drenching rains came daily. The pool was divided into two, which was perfect for the 2 year old, the 9 year old loved helping his cousin in the shallow pool. The deeper pool was lovely for relaxing in, pool bar always welcome in the heat. The breakfast buffet was excellent providing a really good variety of food and drinks. The rooms were spacious. The air-conditioning was broken in our room and they promptly moved us to a new room when it was unable to be fixed. The bonus of a photographer on site was great for a family photo session ( for this nanna) meant we got a framed memory of our Christmas get together, of course it's hard to refuse to buy a few extras at a very reasonable price.

The room smelled musky. I complained twice but nothing was done about it. The adult pool was very green. There was never any seats for breakfast in the air cinditioning.

Didn't smell or feel clean. The aircon leaked and the floors ended up wet unless the aircon was turned up so high as to be freezing! Bed was hard. Pillows were terrible and the balcony lock was dodgy. I thought it was expensive considering the quality of the food and facilities compared to other hotels I've stayed in in Bali.

Our room & balcony faced a busy road (where all the traffic turns from the beachfront) It was extremely noisy & kept us awake at night (as well as deterring us from sitting on our balcony). We noticed there was a big gap in the doors to the balcony, so this would explain why it was so loud in our room. The doors need to be sealed properly & have double glazed glass to block this noise. Additionally, the plumbing was an issue. Our shower drain was blocked, so every time we used it - the water started filling up at our feet (5cm deep if you had a 10 minute shower). We told the staff member who was cleaning our room, but nothing was done to fix this. There was a leak in the pipe under our sink as well, and the water was running through the cabinet & across the floor next to the toilet.

Room was very spacious. Hotel was close to the beach, restaurants & shops. Buffet breakfast had a great selection & was delicious. All of the staff throughout the hotel were lovely & helpful. Highlight was the rooftop adults-only pool. So relaxing & quiet. Really enjoyed the live saxophone player one night at sunset!
