Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IndonesiaThe traffic access to the location is bad as it is near by the beach walk mall. and there's only 1 other option to access the property (through jl. bene) which also narrow. But compare to any other hotels in the same street, i rated pullman as the best value for money The room start to get tear, (TV rack, bathroom area, door) still acceptable, but might be broken if not renovated in the next 6-12 months.
This is not our first time. we've been staying in Pullman every time we went to Bali in the last 10 years. As always, the room was spacious, clean, good breakfast, nice pool, Great kids club activities (the boys love it so much), the gym was good, beach is just across the street.

AustraliaWasn’t as clean as we thought it would be. Just checked out of the Fairfield by Marriott Legian and their cleanliness was exceptional. Upstairs infinity pool was murky and for 2 days had lost water so was too shallow.
Loved the location and buffet breakfast. My mum loved the downstairs pool and lounges.

AustraliaDirty room, mouldy smell from the aircon which made the room smell awful, infinity pool was on level 3 was green, food was very Indian inspired, Needs a lot of maintenance it’s old and dated. More of a family oriented hotel with a lot of kids, not really for couples who want to relax away from kids.
Staff were friendly

AustraliaWe booked a Garden View Room and were given a room that faced the street. Traffic all night and have barely slept in 10 nights.
Breakfast was just ok. Needs to be planned out better.

United Arab EmiratesThe rooms smells of humidity. Bathroom have bad odor smells like sewage airflow coming inside. The hotel seems have not been renovated since it was built, everything is so old and lousy. The flooring in some areas are chipped and broken and it look bad. Breakfast is below average. We changed the rooms twice and still had the same problems. The hotel rated 5 stars and I wouldn’t even rate 2 stars.
Location was excellent Staff were very nice and helpful. Pool is ok Accessibility to the main road, shopping area etc.

AustraliaThe rooms smelt damp and the in room facilities were not great. Our coffee machine was terrible to use and broke eventually. The pool areas are ok, but wouldn’t say it was particularly great.
The location or the property is ok, especially if you would like to walk around Kuta. If you want to get a taxi from anywhere they have to go all the way around the block due to the one way traffic. This can add about 20 minutes to your trip! The gym was really nice and staff at the venue are very friendly! The food at the restaurant was also really nice.

AustraliaPhotos on website need to be updated. We solely booked this property as the photos showed an outdoor playground. Travelling with small children this was a massive draw card for us to stay here. We arrive at the property and ask where the playground is to be told it no longer exists. Very disappointing!
The room was a very generous size. Staff are all friendly and very attentive.

We love the Pullman, we have stayed there now before covid & after covid in an Ocean front room (4th floor). The facilities & the staff have been consistently excellent. The location is perfect for the beach & all Legian has to offer. The rooms are spacious, comfortable & match the star rating. The house keeping is impeccable. The breakfast is definitely 5 star quality. The rooftop pool is gorgeous & practical. We will always stay at the Pullie ❤️ (as we like to affectionately call it). Big Thanks to all the lovely hard working staff for their dedication keeping this hotel at a consistently high standard.
