Puri Andong Villa is a small and unique surprising oasis of peace and traditional tranquillity in bustling Ubud. Delightfully comfortable, quaint, and thoughtfully designed. Near to the center of town and easy to reach a variety of special spots.

Puri Andong Villa is truly exceptional, far exceeding our expectations. Our villa/room was like a beautiful Balinese palace, with an amazing bed and incredible bathroom - the hot tub bath was amazing! Puri Andong is intimate with just a few villas and the staff are attentive and helpful. We requested massages and 15 mins later we were having private massages in our villa. The food was outstanding, with breakfast and dinner being served on your own private terrace - truly wonderful and we will stay here again when coming back to Ubud.

Nothing significant to complain about really. The place is fantastic. We were mildly miffed about some residual dirt that came out of the jacuzzi taps for a while, but it was hardly bothersome in the larger scheme of things

This place is unbelievable, even by Bali standards. The villas are palatial to say the least - the room is large, the decor is luxurious, the bathroom is built on a separate basement floor and comes with a jacuzzi, there's a front porch attached to each villa where we had all our meals. I can go on and on about how impressive the rooms were, and we couldn't believe our eyes when we saw the price (<100 USD in Mar 2024). They have only 3 villas, so the staff is super attentive and leave no stone unturned. The location is perfect - not too far from Ubud market, and yet far away from the crowds. This was our #1 hotel find in Bali

PAV is amazing! The traditional Balinese villas are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. They are set in tranquil well maintained lovely gardens with a good sized pool. The real bonus of our stay was the staff, nothing was too much trouble. We had a driver organised by the staff most days and the cost was very reasonable. The accommodation is about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Ubud so we ate on site each night. The food was good, well priced and the menu was quite varied.

I didn't want to leave, I now when I've left, I want to come back. Friendly and hospitable staff, extreme cleanliness, great food, 24/7 support from the staff, huge room, amazing bathroom, location, pool. I loved every second I spent in there! Staff helped me find a driver with no problems. They suggested what I can do around in Ubud. They were genuinely happy for me, when I told them about my adventures. I happened to visit the villa during the Galungan Holiday, and I was invited to join the morning prayer and I am so so grateful for this experience! I truly felt like a queen while being there, thank you so much! I will come back!

Nothing! We had one of the best stays we’ve ever had here. Even at hotels that cost twice as much!

Everything! This place truly is a hidden gem! The staff is kind and attentive. The Villa is huge and beautifully decorated (the tub is the size of a swimming pool!). The food was also outstanding and could be delivered to our room whenever we wanted. We spent long hours at the pool and usually had it all to ourselves. Close to everything and easy to find. We left feeling like family!

Booked a last minute deal after changing travel plans. Room was amazing for the discounted price - probably the biggest room I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was out of this world. We arrived tired and a bit ill with colds and it was relaxing to laze around in comfort for a few days only really going out to eat and a quick shopping trip - we could walk to town being fairly close by. Pool was lovely. The staff were very helpful, always asking if we needed something.

Everything was done with grace! I miss it bad. The service was excellent. They would serve us breakfast even when we were not in the hotel. They would leave the breakfast for us in the room and send us cute WhatsApp pics of the breakfast. Went above and beyond. This has been my best hotel/villa experience ever. Kudos to the staff for running it so well.

Wow! What a stunning place - set back from the chaos, so peaceful and calm. Beautiful spacious room and immaculately clean. The pool area was so picturesque and never busy (great for cooling off after a day exploring). The pictures on booking.com don’t do it justice. We’re already planning our next stay!

The location isn't perfect and there aren't any views but the villa and staff more than made up for it.

One of the most beautiful rooms I have stayed in. The painted balinese woodwork is just stunning. The staff are incredible and so helpful. The air flow in the jacuzzi in my room was broken and they fixed it very quickly - and I loved every second of being in it!

The road is busy and it’s not a nice walk into town so would recommend hiring scooters or using Grab taxis (which are cheap and plentiful - we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes).

We liked everything about the hotel, from its beautiful spacious clean rooms with huge terraces, to the stunning pool and garden and the delightful staff. It’s a really peaceful oasis of calm to come back to after the crowds of central Ubud. Service was charming and friendly and the food delicious. The rooms have loads of character and are crafted in local style. Modern clean bathrooms in a Balinese style, we had a huge shower and an outdoor jacuzzi. During the afternoon we were offered tea and a snack every day which was a lovely extra thrown in. We were invited to join the family for their Galungan celebrations which was a real treat. Kadek and all the staff were amazing - very helpful and friendly and went out of their way for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed a week and would have happily stayed longer. As there’s only three rooms, it’s very peaceful and private and we loved spending time there.
