Hotel is a bit old, needs a bit of restoration. Beach is about a 10 minute walk away.

We always love staying at the Puri Bambu. The staff are lively, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast is good. The location is great for food experiences; Jimbaran beach seafood and Babi Guling. The experience is Balinese it is not a glamous resort, but it is authentic.

I had to take a taxi to the main area but that was ok as Gojek was easy and around $2 to $3 to travel within the area for eating out

I liked that it was a good price in the area I wanted and the breakfast was reasonable

The bed was really hard. Found it difficult to sleep in and when I did sleep I woke feeling stiff and bruised. Located on a narrow rd with rubbish everywhere and no pavements. Hard to walk along with traffic. I also found Jimbaran disappointing with little to do. Beach had a lot of rubbish and no shops or bars.

Beautiful hotel and pool. The restaurant was great and really good value for money. Jimbaran does not have many options other than seafood restaurants and as a vegetarian the hotel met my needs. 24/7 coffee and water available. Staff were lovely and massage therapist was much better and cheaper than what you would find in Kuta

The welcome was nice, with a refreshing drink and they brought the luggage to the room.

Could do with more umbrellas around the pool as there is little shelter from the sun.

A charming and peaceful hotel. Good sized room, clean and comfortable. The water in the shower took a while to get hot (I don't like wasting water) but that's a small fault. Lovely pool, and garden areas well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit and freshly cooked foods, and lunch and dinner menu was good. Staff were very pleasant. 5 minutes walk to beach area where there are plenty of bars and restaurants selling freshly cooked foods and all very well priced. Would stay here again if in the Jimbaran area.

Room was clean, big, but with little character. However, we paid for a basic so not sure I should expect more.

I got the feeling that the staff gave up caring. They were polite, but also somehow absent. I was really unlucky with the food: had 1 dinner there and 2-3 hours later I felt sick and had to throw up.

Architectures and atmosphere was beautiful. Rooms are a little outdated but fine.

Staff are not very helpful. I asked about excursions and he had no idea how to help me. Telling me that was organised outside the hotel but he also had no idea where to refer me to. The same happened with ordering a taxi. Also English was poor with the main receptionist. It felt as if they didn’t really care.

The Puri Bambu property is gorgeous - the gardens, lovely Asian antique furnishings and grounds are exceptional. We loved the pool, surrounded by orchids and lush plants. Our superb room was spacious and clean with a great shower in the bathroom. Breakfast under a large traditional pavilion was great. This hotel is really special!
