I loved dinner and Breakfast on the beach front. Amazing view and food. Quiet and peaceful, with lush gardens and pools. Only thing that we seen for improvement was cocktail selection.

We loved the authentic Balinese feel of the Puri Santrian. The dining, beach, pool and garden areas were beautiful. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

When it rained some areas were very slippery and dangerous for people falling. Rubber matting needed in these areas

The toilets in our rooms need some upgrading. No one really uses a separate Bidet nowadays, why not have the standard hose for the toilet as well. The toilet (where you do your business) is also quite old - ours broke on the inside and couldn't flush. When it does flush, it doesn't flush properly and it takes forever to refill for another flush.

The atmosphere, good staff, clean premises. This is our 2nd visit and won't be the last.

The bed and pillows were a little hard.

We LOVED our stay here, everything about it was great. Our Room was large in size and had a great big bath for relaxing. All the pools at the hotel were great, we especially loved the adult-only one. The included breakfast was delicious and with a big variety. The Restaurants were well-priced and the food was delicious, as were the cocktails, and desserts. The beachfront and beachfront bar was awesome, with beautiful views. The staff were very kind and always accommodating, and nothing was too bothersome. Our room had excellent air conditioning, and we got a late checkout with no problems. The daily live music in the evenings at the beachfront restaurant/bar was great. And we loved walking along the boardwalk and through the hotel gardens. Everything was as, if not exceeded our expectations. We felt very safe and cared for here.

Good hotel for a short stay. A lot of nature in the territory, good ocean beach for swimming even with small kids. Free daily yoga classes – highly recommended.

Loved the beach front dining, the private beach for guests, Has a big pool with bar and lots of lounges, breakfast and dining option were plenty, the hotel gardens and traditional inspired buildings are very nice. Will stay again next time in Sanur.

The bathrooms are a bit dated - in saying that they were very clean.

The breakfast offers a lot of choice, catering to all nationalities and tastes. Gardens and outdoors areas are beautifully kept and beautifully designed. Pool in the Club area is one of our favourite places at Puri Santrian.
