booked 2 king size bedroom, given 1 king size & 1 twin bedroom instead... bland breakfast electricity blackouts twice during our stay (although lasting no more than 5 min) couldn't provide more than 1 keycard for each room very limited parking lots (they had free valet service tho)

Almost everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect, just in the city center with several malls around. The staff of the hotel were super friendly and kind. The rooms have all the services and were clean. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

Unfortunately, there's an event during my stay that required a street closure that made it a little challenging with the traffic and transport.

The location is very nice. It's really close to Lawang Sewu, one of the iconic tourist destination for Semarang. It's also close to Simpang Lima. Across the hotel, there's one of big malls in Semarang. So, it's easy to find food. The hotel also has swimming pool in decent size on the rooftop, along side the gym and a cafe.The view from the rooftop is also nice, especially in the evening.

The hotel did not state and inform, that connecting rooms only available for deluxe type, not for superior. Parking and drop off area are quite small. No sound proof. Sound can be heard clearly from aisle and room above. Pretty noisy though since it was the holiday season. The spring bed is not comfy at all, the pillow are way too soft and flat. Only 2 pillows are available for one room, instead of 4.

They managed to get us connecting room, although some arguement happened before hand, but we did appreciate. Rooms are clean and decent. Just nice for an overnight stop.

We thought wash basin and shower room including the walls could be cleaner . We were regret to include breakfast in our booking. We suggest you discuss with your cooks how to improve the tastiness of your food. Simple is okay but taste is important .

Location in the center, near several malls and attraction. Easy to find food .Staff was very good, pay attention to our needs which is rather unusual. We asked for extra bedsheet to be use as blanket, since standard blanket is too thick for us meaning it would be too hot. And we don't wait long to get it.

All good except for the towels. All bath towels was old and greyish(looks dirty!) More no hand towels! Suggestion: 1. Need to replace with new towels. 2. Might be better to bring own towels.

Room is clean, bathroom is spacious and hot water shower runs well. Location near DP mall. Just across the hotel. Smooth check in and check out. Narrow car park but they will park (valet parking) your car for free.
