Brand new, very clean apartment, nice staff. Good location, close to everything, but quiet. Strongly recommended! Just one suggestion: could be varied breakfast and better fresh coffee!

It was a bit further form the centre than I expected, but nothing too bothersome

The washroom drainage got stuck on the first day but afterwards back to normal, and quite smelly.

There were lots of hair in the bathroom when we checked in. I needed to clean them by myself. There is construction work nearby, there can be noise

Someone turns on the veranda light after 10pm and I have to go out of the room to turn it off. The fridge should be cleaned after each guest. Some humming sound from outside which I believe came from the next property's aircon. Price of airport transfer was higher than at booking.com and other travel booking sites so I booked my own transfer.

New hotel. Located 30m from a small road. Taxi is able to drive to the doorstep. Convenience store and restaurants 1 min walk away. Far enough from restaurants that play music. 20 min walk to Ubud Palace, 10 min walk to Monkey Forest. I had good sleep. Not beside any padi fields so no overwhelming sound of frogs. No loud dogs and roosters in neighbouring houses. Spacious room. Blackout curtains. Bed is firm but not uncomfortable. Aircon positioning is good (does not blow directly at the bed). Sofa in the room and at the veranda. Night lamps in the room. Dressing table and mirror in the room. Hot water and water pressure were reliable. I was assigned the only vacant room which was beside the reception and there were guests who checked in after 10pm so I did not sleep well. Staff let me move to another room on the 2nd day. There are Youtube and Netflix app in the SmartTV (you will need your own account). Credit card fee was not too high. Staff can speak English well.

Modern, very clean property on a quiet back street. Great value for money. A hidden gem. AC didn’t even require adjusting .. temp perfect and the balcony’s are very spacious.

I really enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness is on a very high level, which I appreciate the most. The balcony room is beautiful, full of natural light, cozy, and you can see Mount Agung. The bed is very comfortable, I had a perfect sleep every night and do not want to leave the bed. The staff is very friendly. I had no problem with anything. Even though it is quite close to the center, it is a quiet area. I stayed for 5 days and would like to stay longer.

I don't think there are mosquito nets on the beds and the part above the bathroom door is open and there is a window in the bathroom that is open to outside. I don't know if mosquitos came in through there or they make their way in when the staff is cleaning the room but I did have a few mosquitos I had to get rid of.

This place was practically brand new when I stayed there. The rooms are very new and modern. The beds are super comfortable and there is a lot of light that comes into the room. It does not cost much more if you get your breakfast included with your stay, the fresh fruit you get is always so good! The staff are also super friendly and helpful.

Was hesitant at first, but place turned out to be great. Stuff was awesome. We prolonged our stay and i would come back again. Big value and super super enjoyable stay.

I wish the beds had mosquito nets because the bathroom has an open window up top and even if you close the bathroom door they can get through the top because that is open as well. There are not tons of mosquitos though, I killed maybe two!

This place is brand new, everything is very clean and modern. I loved the space in the closet to put clothes and extra luggage. The separate vanity table was really nice too. They also have a free breakfast every morning and even though it's simple it's pretty good and you get this lovely fresh fruit as well. The staff were very friendly and super helpful as well.

Maybe it’s newness but little things like no hand towels, face cloths, large room but only the bed to sit on. Breakfast was pretty basic compared to what we had been experiencing in Bali.
