United StatesAmazing resort! You never have to leave the property, as it has everything you need. The staff was friendly and so accommodating. Everyone was so helpful and polite. I felt like a celebrity. I wish I had stayed longer than 3 days to experience all this resort had to offer, but the beauty, spa, restaurants, beach and nightclub were enough to say for sure this was an excellent resort! I will be back!

PolandSPA prices are ridiculous, simple, most basic massage costs over 150 EUR which is the highest price I've ever seen, massage for couple is 400 EUR and I'm comparing even to 5* resorts in Europe and US. Hotel is located very remotely so you will need to take a taxi to go anywhere, I recommend Gojek app.
Friendly staff, many swimming pools and very good food. Hotel is perfect if you want to escape and hide yourself for couple of days from the world. Located on the cliffs with beautiful views

AustraliaIf eating at Rock Bar would advise waiting till the sunset/after the sun goes down. Very hot and directly in the sun down there but they do provide umbrellas. They were kind enough to move us to a space in the shade but if returning would just go later in evening.
Literally everything. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Room in general is perfect. Shuttles taking you to the different locations of the entire hotel complex make everything so easy. Using the app to help navigate yourself around is helpful considering how massive the venue is. Every meal we had was amazing.

SloveniaIts actually a little Bali paradise, you have everything in the resort, culture, nature and food experience. It”s great option for those who are on Bali first time/have limited time for vacation/especially if you have small children/ because you can explore everything in one place. As diabetic l am thirsty all the time and because the water on Bali is not drinkable, the resort gives you bottled water on daily base as you need. You just order by app. I would like to thank all roomkeepers/attendants- Krisna, Pande Permana, Yudi Wirga and Oka Widana that made our days more special with towel sculptures (ehat l am used during the travelling), but hand written massages on daily basis full of positive words means a lot for us! Tjank you to these staff! Hope the owner of the hotel Rimba is reading this!

AustraliaThe resort room size was a bit smaller than expected and somehow the forest view was a big disappointment. Not sure whether it is due to the current maintenance or renovation. But fantastic view after the free room upgrade with an ocean view which will cost you twice as much.
Well staffed and in time help if needed. Good facility with everything around and easy to access. Great service and nice staff. Excellent swimming pools.

The setting is the most beautiful location and the resort is immaculate. Next level luxury and services. Delightful staff and fantastic buffet breakfast. The food and presentation at the restaurants is impeccable. The pool at Rimba is so clean, doesn’t feel like a kids pool. The kids went on the slide for 5 hours! They were able to make our bed into an enormous bed made of 2 king singles. Also a nice crowd, nice other guests to share space with.

AustraliaWe stayed in Wana building and it had some faults. One of the two lifts went out of service in our building and didn't get fixed while we were there which was an inconvenience as there are many guests The internet would randomly cut out and you need it for the app to get the tram timetable. The was a tv there, but there wasn't many viewing options in English. No streaming options as sometimes when its too hot to be outside in the humidity there wasn't many English chanel options. And many repeat shows. There was also no aircon in this buildings hallways as Rimba Wana is a new part of the resort. Walking through was very stuffy and gave an overall feel of it not being as prioritised as some of the more expensive parts of the resort to stay in. Keeping in mind there ate about 5 different staying locations to choose from based on how much you would like to spend on your room. The difference between the garden view options, as we think it was a beautiful room with a great view of the grounds, the more you spend the better you get, its that simple. They take a deposit when you check in with the assumed cost of what you will spend over your stay of about $200 a day. But I think most upper market hotels to that we were just started by the pending charge as the check in process feels rushed, but English is the staff's second language to they tend to speak English a little rushed and broken, but overall you can understand them and they are very polite, just listen carefully and respectively as they do a very good job.
As a couple that stayed for 4 nights the resort was great for many activities the museum is a must to get to know more local and cultural history and the staff everywhere from lobby staff to restaurant employees were very kind and always greet you.
