A little out of ubud but an easy 12min grab motorbike ride into town for $3.

Beautiful gardens, a total oasis! Lovely large grounds to wander around, clean, quiet comfortable, large clean pool, and free yoga class was a great addition. Free daily shuttle into ubud. We extended our stay. Great place to stay during Nypei day. Gym and buffet breakfast. Indomart across the road but not much else but its easy to get into ubud.

Very nice resort. Staff was great, held an umbrella over pir heads so we wouldn’t get wet walking to the car. Food in the restaurant is nice en breakfast was great too. On a scooter taxi or if you rent a scooter you get into the centre very fast, but the hotel also has a free shuttlebus going there a couple times a day.

The breakfast was standard buffett it could have been better, fresher and healthier options.

Friendly staff. good location - 10 minutes from central Ubud in cab. Comfy bed, clean room and it has a gym too which is great for me. Odin really looked after me. I also used their transport service and Okin was kindly waiting for me prior to me arriving into Bali which was lovely after a long journey.

They allowed people to smoke in the same area as non smokers. The food for dinner only had Balanies food , mo variety, The staff in the hotel must improve on preparing types of eggs & the time you wait for the preparation.

The staff members worked as a team, anyone you ask or talked too, they showed willingness to assist. All of them very humble.

Construction on new villas (which were being built right next to our villa) began everyday by 7am even on Saturday and Sunday. Definitely got us out of bed and an early start to our days!

The room could of had some more tables as I found it hard to place out my things. Wish the description told us that the bathroom door is clear, as staying with friends made it uncomfortable.

The place is close to city center but far away enough for peace and quiet. The room was large and the staff was very helpful. The buffet breakfast had a variety but I think it can do better. Ordering grab food was very easy, as the staff will bring it to our door.

I would have liked 4 large towels instead of two per room. I asked for more but they kept giving me small hand towels Would be nice if coffee and tea urns was available all day by the pool if not too expensive Maybe a few more pool beds

Cleanliness and hygiene- for example at breakfast the breads and jam area were left open and had a lot of flies on them. Same problem with the fruit, the fly covers didn’t fit the plates properly. There was dust underneath the bed.

Beautiful location, very peaceful with stunning views of surrounding rice fields, particularly from the rooftop area. The pool is large and beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the staff very nice.

The rooms needs some renovations. About the cleaning: the bed sheets and the towals needs some chlorine - there were stains on it and it was a far from white color.

The Garden and the resort looks amazing. Very helpfully and nice stuff! The balinesian massage was also very nice.

Although the breakfast was big, it didn't have a lot of European breakfast choices. Most of the food was Indonesian and spicy, but tasty.

It was a very beautiful and clean room and hotel in general. The stuff was very helpful and polite. It has a really big garden with beautiful flowers and mini fountains that makes you feel calm and peaceful. The pool is big and has a lovely view.

The gym needs more equipment and with a bigger room.

We stayed for a few days and the staffs are very kind and helpful. The area is quiet and we got a room with an amazing view. The wifi is good and we really enjoyed our stay.
