A bit loud at night but doesn't go too late so wasn't a concern for us. The 5 bedroom villa was perfect for our family of 5, open plan downstairs, all rooms have ensuite and TV'S. Excellent service, with minor issues addressed immediately. On-site restaurant is great for dine in options, and buffet style breakfast. Traditional Balinese style property. Would stay here again l.

Excellent location, within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, chemist, ATM's etc.

Beds were a little hard although that's an individual choice, stayed with my children beds noisy just to roll over at night.

Pool is ok Cheaper Rooms a little clostrophic. Always too many lights outside shining in during the night

I have stayed here quite a few times. I like the location and the staff. Depending on what you pay per night the rooms vary in size and comfort. $40 AUD gets you quite a dark closed in room. Good for sleeping but not nice enough to want to spend time during the day. Good AC. Nice flower petals and towel animals on your bed. The more you pay the better room you get. Quiet inside the boundaries. Nice garden and pool

The toilets didn't always flush well. (We even made sure to not put toilet paper in there.) The water pressure in the shower and toilets was quite low. The air conditioner in the ground floor bedroom didn't work so it was very hot over night.

Beautiful gardens to walk through to our villa. I loved the open kitchen, dining, living areas. The 2 rooms upstairs were very spacious. Great location in Legian. Easy to walk everywhere.

The trees/plants were nice to look at, but that means there were a lot of bugs. We got bitten badly! The pool area was not very clean and have bugs around the water features and the plants around the pool. Definitely not worth the money they charged us! The walk to the beach was through a narrow and winding alley. The Legian beach area was absolutely dirty and full of trash. Very disappointing. There were like a handful of bar/restaurant around that were actually open but way too pricey for what they were. Plenty of tattoo places though - almost every other shop!

The room and the bathroom were at least clean and the breakfast was good.

I didn’t like the fact that the balcony door did not lock. I didn’t really feel safe.

The hot selections for breakfast are cold and not heated, no gas flame or candle to heat them. A recipe for Bali Belly so we didn't partake. The rest of the breakfast buffet was great and the surprise pudding every morning was lovely. In our standard room there s not a lot of space for unpacking. Another little chest of drawers to the left of the bathroom door would be perfect if staying g more than 2 nights.

Disability friendly, steps into pool and walk in shower. We were in the standard room which is tiny but comfy. Food in restraint was nice and good value. Good food, nice breakfast. Comfy bed & pillows. Close to everything .

The breakfast wasn’t what I liked. The eggs well but the rest could have been better. The food was cold . The room cleaning , had to ask for cleaning, not every day but then it was done fast. Quick help when the toilet needed to be fixed.

Rooms basic, could do with a bit of a freshen up. Some damp and a few ants at top of the room. No hot water in shower but we didn't mind as it was so hot in Bali anyway.

Good location, staff very helpful, breakfast very good. They offer extra services such as laundry.

Only was the fan in the living room was not working good. Should be more fans or one big working good.

The villa I got was amazing. Love the space and my plan was to celebrate with my friends my birthday. The place was clean and the staff was amazing. The best is the restaurant at the place. I celebrate my birthday there and will never forget the surprise from the staff. Good food and I will come eat there again.
