Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was really large, i like the air conditioner it was moving well like not really cold it worked well too, the view was not bad especially in the morning, the staffs were nice, the parking lot was good

FrancePoor soundproofing. We can hear noise from other guests in the corridor, from upstairs and doors banging.
The customer service is outstanding, with staff members who are extremely kind, helpful, and professional, promptly attending to requests. The rooms are modern and impeccably clean, equipped with a large TV. The bed is spacious and comfortable, with two complimentary bottles of water provided daily. Additionally, there is a pool situated on the top floor. Housekeeping is performed regularly, even without prior request. Great value for the money, very affordable compared to other places I've stayed in Bali.

Clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful rooftop pool. Towels provided at pool. Comfortable bed and large tv. The food at lunch and dinner was excellent. Drinks were also very yummy. Staff were kind and friendly, they were very welcoming and all spoke to you.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooftop pool is amazing, with a great space to relax. The overall appearance of the hotel feels very premium (especially considering the price is so reasonable!)

Indonesiathis wasnt my 1st stay here, but this is my first experienced this issue - Got very minimum amount of liquid soap in the dispenser and the dispenser wasn't set properly, I need to fix it by my self, very thin roll of toilet paper, It seemed that the HK forgot to refill it, they just cleaned the room in a rush, the bathroom sliding door stucked. Our previous experiences ware good, only this time we got a room that really need to be fixed.
Its location near Gianyar city and Ubud. The room clean, spacious, and we really love to stay here ... but ..
