The shuttle service is very good. You just need to tell the hotel 10min earlier when you need the car. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is very helpful and reply message very fast. Room is very comfortable and clean. Little bit far from town but the road to palace has many shops and restaurants you must enjoy.

The staff were very hospitable and always accomodating our needs. Free shuttle to take us anywhere in the city centre. Amazing facilities and lovely room. Very clean and fresh water available. Free breakfast was very good quality and an extensive range was available. Shower and aircon works well.

Staff are exceptional, very friendly and customer focussed. They greet you by name with big smiles. Our room on first floor, was clean, spacious and bright. I enjoyed the attention to detail, like bedtime story on local culture put in your room each evening along with turning back sheets. Such little touches make a big difference. Breakfast delicious and varied.

A very beautiful boutique hotel with excellent service. Most of people stay in hotel are couple and single travel. We are a couple with a little one, so staff arranged us stay at the room in the end with pool access. It gives us privacy and convenience as we can go swimming while our daughter asleep. The breakfast is very yummy with many heathy options. Staffs service is incredible.

Rooms are comfortable and very clean, very good value for money. The team are lovely, welcoming and helpful - they looked out for me when I was ill. Breakfasts are delicious, afternoon tea is a nice extra too. Lunch and dinner also nice. Shuttle to and from town was very useful. Just off a busy road yet is somehow very peaceful Would happily stay again!

If you are staying in Ubud, I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious, nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing and has a lot of choices. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. You also get a free shuttle service from/to the center. The location is nice because it is quiet. There are also a lot of little details that made our stay unforgettable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay here!

Sabana was a lovely quiet oasis in a a very busy place. The staff were so lovely and helpful, they have cars available to drop you into Ubud centre and pick you up at any time that you need. The girls on the front reception and all the drivers especially Eri were so nice and helpful. I would recommend to anyone to stay. Thank you Sabanaubud

The food at the hotel was very good. The breakfast was very complete, generous portions and great flavors. The hotel also offers a shuttle and dropped me off and pick me up a few times in the area close to the hotel. Traveling by myself I felt very safe.

I liked everything.

I liked everything about the hotel. The location, breakfast, the friendliness of staff, the pool, the rooms. You are welcomed by a refreshing drink and a cold towel. You can write them on whatsapp with anything you need. The breakfast is served to your balcony and you can pick from a number of different breakfast options, all including at least 3 separate meals. We also had a floating breakfast which was great value and really nice, There is a separate menu for it. There is a driver that you can use for travel within Ubud from 7 am to 10 pm for free. You just need to message them 10 minutes before you need the car. They also have afternoon tea and coffee served for free to the guests together with some small cakes/savoury items. The staff are so welcoming. They pay attention to every detail, they even bring you bedtime stories. Thank you Sabana staff and especially Adi! We had the best time.

Amazing location - right in the centre of ubud and even walking distance from Monkey Forest, great service! They even send breakfast to your room and have an afternoon tea service between 3-6pm. Staff really friendly and friendly will sort out any requests asap.

- Fairly limited breakfast menu (only few options to choose from), nevertheless the food is quite tasty - the hotel is quite small so on higher floors you need to keep your curtains closed to make sure that guests from across the pool do not look inside the room - ground floor rooms have very little privacy, you can almost peak inside from the swimming pool

Really nice rooms, especially for couples. Big comfy bed and mosquito nets make it comfortable to rest and relax. located just outside of center of Ubud so there is not so much foot traffic outside but yet all the restaurants and stores are close by. Despite main street being right outside of the hotel, it's surprisingly calm and quiet inside, which gives great possibility to relax!
