we were in a downstairs room which was a bit noisy as upstairs walked around and closed doors but nothing major

Property is beautiful but a little out of the way if you’re looking to be by the main area. However, easily accessible if you rent a bike. Beautiful spot would definitely recommend to others.

Staff were amazing and made it very homely, good breakfast included and nice and comfy rooms. Great location, far enough from the noise of the Main Street but still easy to reach every part of the island ! would definitely go back

Staff were friendly and helpful particularly the manager who "mothered" me for a couple of days when I wasn't well and confined to my room. Nothing was too much trouble. I will be a repeat customer.

Great, clean room with really comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely and everyone who worked there was very kind to us. They kindly helped us take all our luggage to the port and helped us to arrange our onward travel too. Thank you for having us!

There was a bees nest in the roof of our original room but they did change room for us because of this. The bathroom smelt terrible but other than that a nice room and balcony. The pool seemed to be used by the family that owned the place which was bit off putting for using

The resort is looking a little tired, and things like the doors and taps are broken. Also, if you get a ground floor room it is SO noisy if you have upstairs neighbours. Wake you up in the middle of the night loud, a real shame.

Rooms could do with some general maintenance. We could hear the people in the room above us moving around, and music from the restaurant all day. No hand soap or hand towels in the bathroom and the soap/shampoo dispenser was broken in the shower. Only 1 bottle of water provided each day, more had to be bought.

Location was away from the main area so weren’t able to hear the bars at night. The staff were very friendly. Good quality bikes and masks for rental. Pool was lovely and refreshing. Gardens were well maintained.

The misrepresentation of the resort.

Advertised as a 4 star resort but came nowhere close. Sadev is a 2 star resort and the 4 star rating is very misleading. We were very disappointed as we especially booked a 4 star resort for new years. This was the highest star and price we have paid in Indonesia but the lowest standard resort we experienced.

They were under refurbishment and didn’t put any note on the site or even told us at check in. If I knew I would not stay with them. It started 8am till 5pm, one day stopped at 7pm. I sent then messages about the noise the staff was really nice but said they could not stop the noise. I choose a hotel far away from the city to have a bit of peace but I got headache (they gave me pills) and could not enjoy much. Was a really bad experience. They didn’t offer anything to compensate the stress I felt. I was in holiday in the middle of paradise and around my room (in both side) was happening repairs ALL DAY LONG.

They are super friendly and clean. The property is a piece of heaven. The breakfast is really good.

Very loud, can hear a lot and holes in the ceiling. This resort is up a dirt tracks so hard to get to if you had suitcases (my friends broke when we came up it )

The overall room and washroom . Looks like its a 200 year old hotel with very old infrastructure of rooms and washrooms . Not at all how it looks like in pictures. The electric kettle was full of rust and we cant even use it .
