United KingdomThe resort is looking a little tired, and things like the doors and taps are broken. Also, if you get a ground floor room it is SO noisy if you have upstairs neighbours. Wake you up in the middle of the night loud, a real shame.

New ZealandRooms could do with some general maintenance. We could hear the people in the room above us moving around, and music from the restaurant all day. No hand soap or hand towels in the bathroom and the soap/shampoo dispenser was broken in the shower. Only 1 bottle of water provided each day, more had to be bought.
Location was away from the main area so weren’t able to hear the bars at night. The staff were very friendly. Good quality bikes and masks for rental. Pool was lovely and refreshing. Gardens were well maintained.

Advertised as a 4 star resort but came nowhere close. Sadev is a 2 star resort and the 4 star rating is very misleading. We were very disappointed as we especially booked a 4 star resort for new years. This was the highest star and price we have paid in Indonesia but the lowest standard resort we experienced.

AustraliaThey were under refurbishment and didn’t put any note on the site or even told us at check in. If I knew I would not stay with them. It started 8am till 5pm, one day stopped at 7pm. I sent then messages about the noise the staff was really nice but said they could not stop the noise. I choose a hotel far away from the city to have a bit of peace but I got headache (they gave me pills) and could not enjoy much. Was a really bad experience. They didn’t offer anything to compensate the stress I felt. I was in holiday in the middle of paradise and around my room (in both side) was happening repairs ALL DAY LONG.
They are super friendly and clean. The property is a piece of heaven. The breakfast is really good.
